She doesn’t look very happy. Maybe she thought it was going to be “proper” Sidney too :D

Hi all. I feel like I am really late to the party here. Sweet Zara was my first case on WS then I closely watched Heather's case unfold. I have been quietly lurking for a number of years.

I am just putting up good vibes that with SM and TM testifying that Heather finally gets a measure of justice her and her family desperately deserve.

Welcome, LiL'Pig. It's never too late for justice.

What can it mean for the trial if it is determined witnesses had access to the trial footage?

How the heck did they allow sequestered folks that were going to be Witnesses watch a livestream in the room? Is that my understanding?

considering she is posting videos on her FB 'fake' page every night, you know they have seen them all and gone over them with a fine tooth comb. Those kids will lie and say anything for her, so will her momma.

Oh Lawd. Possible computer or other device in the sequestration room.

It always amazes how the simplest and stupidest mistakes are made in trials.

Oh no. If so we may loose camera in court .
Man, I hope not. I'm not feeling well enough to drive over there right now.

How is Tammy allowed to speak with the witness (her son) before he is supposed to be taking the stand? I know they are on recess but seems like they shouldn't be allowed to speak to each other. Just my opinion.

The court is taking a 10 minute recess to determine if the defense’s witnesses violated the sequestration order. The state claims a computer was in the sequestration room with access to a live stream of the trial.

Nancy also said that any time someone tries to enter the room, someone in the room blocks them from entering.

Or, we may lose the witness testifying. And how convenient if that witness did not want to testify if you know what I mean.

We haven't even really started yet and already all this hoopla. Get the smelling salts ready!

  • #375
Would be great if the judge declares the Defense witnesses inelgible now and wont let them testify. :)

  • #376
PLEASE DON'T TAKE THE CAMERAS OUT OF THE COURTROOM OVER THIS!

We're on a break basically to figure out what the heck is going on.

sounds like if the sequestered witnesses were watching a live stream, the judge is going to ensure that they are no longer watching one before starting the defense side of this case.

Tammy looks quite annoyed and unhappy.

If this is confirmed as accurate, a mistrial would be, IMO, very likely.

Edit: If anyone and everyone had access to trial livestream in sequestration, I mean. I’m not watching so I’m just playing off of what y’all are typing.

I just don't understand how they can expect a true witness sequester anyway b/c it's not like they can't go home and lookup the videos after. Has anyone followed any other big trials where the witnesses weren't allowed to hear/see what was going on in court? I mean unless you lock them in a room and take away their phones and tvs, there is no true sequester. IMO
