Judge says it was THEIR responsible to make sure their witnesses knew what sequestered means

Exactly. And I'm sure it stated as such in their subpoena!

Anybody else notice how the senior of the defense attorneys stood up, somewhat gingerly, and just stood there for a few moments before speaking? He could barely formulate an argument, IMO, because this is unheard of. I mean, not unheard of per se, but so uncommon as to be flabbergasting.

TM really shot herself in the foot with this one. Or perhaps it was solely the decision of PC and kids, but something makes me think TM had a hand in it.

judge calls 15-min break for defense to "regroup". (That most likely means 30-min.)

What a CIRCUS and the cause of it comes from "those people"

Very telling that the defense attorney said 30 yrs and he's never had this happen, and the judge has never had this happen! But with the Moorer family, IT HAPPENED!

Also of note for anyone not watching (I’m finallt able to see!), the judge made a reference to the appellate court potentially disagreeing with the judge re: disallowing testimony from PC and the kids.

That’s a tricky one, and I’ve never worked on appellate cases, but I am curious whether that will be reversed on appeal.
I'm not a judge or lawyer, but it seems this judge had no choice. There is witness testimony that a violation was seen.

I'm sure TM knew they were watching it.

I love how the State pointed out they had this problem with ZERO of their witnesses.

Yet, the defense had the problem with ALL of their witnesses.

Wish the jury had this info!

CM sealed it for the Judge when he admitted that when told he couldn't have his phone in that room, he took his phone to another room.

Back to those coincidences... what are the chances that neither the defense attorney NOR the judge have EVER had this happen, and then it happens FIVE TIMES with THIS defendant's witnesses? I mean really?!?!?

#TammyMoorer - There's a huddle going on at the defense table during this 15 min break. The defense has to decide on their witnesses now that the judge has ruled.

Probably the one truthful thing he said while on the stand

While her lawyer is arguing with the judge TM is literally tugging on his suitcoat trying to get a word in edge wise.
haha I didn't see that but I can visualize it.

Of course the defendant knew! Someone sent Robert in to that sequestration room, the defense? Tammy?

"Shocked by not surprised" is the perpetual mantra of anyone who has ever dealt with this kind of personality.
