Caison says prior to the disappearance of Heather Elvis, she has never not felt safe at home. She said they bought the guns because they did not feel safe. The guns were bought in late Dec 2013/ early January 2014.

I had to run out for lunch and hope TM doesn’t testify until I’m back. Thanks for the updates. All of this talk about pregnancy tests got me with a hard realization that I haven’t realized in the last 5 years. Trigger Warning:



If Heather was pregnant (rumor) and they knew it, they knowingly killed her baby too. I hate them. Heavy Sad Sigh.

IMHO since it’s not a fact that she was pregnant even though this trial has certainly hinted at the possibility.

I'm a bit confused. AC mentioned the Tattoo was done in January (12th) 2012, but I'm thinking she has the year wrong. So that would make it January 2013.

That's the point. They're trying to discredit the State's position that Tammy made Sidney get the tattoo to punish him for having an affair with Heather.

Between the Moorer's son's friend who testified about what he saw and heard, and Sidney's mother, I think jury will see through this.

If I were a jury member I think I would feel the timeline of WHEN SM got the tattoo is irrelevant. The fact that he had it at all is kind of the relevant fact to me, still showing that there was likely not an "open" relationship as claimed.

I think the vasectomy talk is because there were rumors that SM had a vasectomy back when TM claimed to be pregnant to get out of jail. I think the Defense is trying to squash the rumor, not suggest that he actually had the procedure.

SM never did have a vasectomy. The cops asked this witness if Sid had one or otherwise suggested he may have had one. This witness thought Sid did after talking to police but since learned Sid did not have one.
