Here we go... defense's big play. The missing antenna doodad (turns out it was a Halloween Mickey Mouse).
I feel like I'm watching an episode of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse right now with my kids.

So if the truck in the picture didn't have the (Christmas) Mickey, it means it was not their truck? If TM/SM were "smart" enough to use a payphone, turn their phones off and disable the truck GPS, I'm sure they removed the Mickey "doodad". IMO

It just makes so much sense that Mickey would be part of all this, doesn't it? I can't believe this trial.

Now that is solved, this jury must find Tammy not guilty of all charges.

Defense (via leading the witness) states the type of bed the M's had was not conducive to handcuffing someone to it.

Okay .. but didn't it come out that Sidney had a separate room?? What kind of bed is in the other bedrooms? You can still handcuff someone to the bed frame .. not just the headboard ... :p:p:confused:

And wasn't it SM who told LE he was handcuffed? Or am I remembering incorrectly?

Now this should be interesting. Handling oneself under the gentle questioning of the defense should go over with ease, but a trained and experienced prosecutor like Ms. Nancy will be able to slice open the lies with aplomb, IME.

It’s very difficult to not box yourself into a corner on cross-examination, when you’re lying. Not accusing, of course, perish the thought! Just sharing the fact that even one lie can get you trapped and stumbling.

Just one.

Now imagine how a plethora of lies would tangle one up.
What a wicked web we weave when we conspire to deceive!
Something along those lines anyway...

Tammy's sister just gave a 'sweet smile' to the jury. She was coached well.

The defense asking about Sidney and Tammy's bed saying it's a sleigh bed. The defense then points out there's no way to handcuff someone to the bed. Previous testimony in this case said that Tammy handcuffed Sidney to their bed after finding out about the affair

He said he was handcuffed.

The defense is beyond obnoxious.

Sidney Moorer says he was handcuffed to his bed the night Heather Elvis went missing

"Moorer said his wife had trust issues with him after learning of his affair with Elvis and he had agreed to be handcuffed to their bed each night for six months after she found out."

#TammyMoorer - Ashley identifies a photo of the Moorers' bed. It's a sleigh type bed with no posts/railings to be able to handcuff someone to the bed. However, Sidney told police in interview that she would handcuff him to the bed at night and only she had the key.
