I believe this witness just contradicted a State's witness with respect to the TV that was on the wall. She said that was just a regular TV. There was a separate screen on an armoire that was used as a 'nanny cam'. Said they wanted to keep an eye on children playing inside and outside of house.
Isn't it just so sweet how they're calling it a "nanny cam" to make it less creepy? Like they're just sweet, loving parents who want to be able to keep their children safe.

Defense witness claiming security cameras outside were installed after Dec. 21st because family was being harassed. Here we go... it's the Moorers are the Victims portion of the show.

The defense asking about Sidney and Tammy's bed saying it's a sleigh bed. The defense then points out there's no way to handcuff someone to the bed. Previous testimony in this case said that Tammy handcuffed Sidney to their bed after finding out about the affair
Excuse me but the bed rail that holds the mattress would provide a place to put the handcuff.

Defense now suggesting there are cameras located at an electrical plant (?) across the road from the Caison/Moorer compound. State objected and mentioned having brought someone from Horry Electric previously (Sidney's trial?) who conflicted that information.

I am trying to stay awake during this testimony. I wonder how the jury is doing

Ashley Caison testified that the Moorer's installed surveillance cameras after December 18th 2013, because people were harassing them @WBTWNews13

Caison continues her testimony. She says there weren't security cameras outside the Moorer's home until after Dec. 18 2013. She says they did that because there were instances of harassment. She says there were police outside the home but she doesn't think they did much.

State says all three children of Tammy Moorer have all violated the sequestration order. Defense says the children say they didn't and there needs to be a witness. State says they're prepared to call a witness - a sheriff's deputy.

I am trying so hard to catch up.... but HOLY CARP!!!!
Sorry Moorers, you don't get to do whatever you want without consequences, regardless of what Mama taught you.

I wish the State would object to the leading questions

Security cameras were installed after December 18, 2013 at Moorer's. Ashley said they had a lot of people that were coming around the house. Kids were terrified. Police said they needed proof, and that's why Ashley said they installed cameras.

Didn't Sidney tell someone those were fake camera's at the substation? I think I remember reading that somewhere.

Tammy's sister says it appeared there was a camera from a power company substation that was pointed at the Moorer's house in Dec. 2013. Says they told police in hopes it would prove the Moorer's truck was at home when Heather Elvis disappeared. #TammyMoorerTrial

Caison says security systems were installed at the Moorer's home after Elvis went missing because of harassment. Cops said they patrolled the area, but "they never did a whole lot either." Caison said.

Caison testified that a power company substation was across the street from the Moorer's property. The substation had cameras facing Tammy's home & she tried to get law enforcement to look at them hoping it would show the Moorer's truck at their home the night Heather disappeared

Interesting that they just said in court and pointed out that Tammy's mother was not in the courtroom.

AC just stated she does not currently see PC in the courtroom. I'm a little surprised by that. Maybe the Defense is hoping the judge will change his mind about her testifying if she starts following the rules now?
