The State is saying they turned the photo in question over to the Defense during discovery. It was dated 2013. Now the Defense is saying it was 2012 and trying to submit it again. Shady, shady.

I did an internship in a Chicagoland area county jail, and no, trials are not played on the pod television, because it can inflame the population against the (potential) new inmate. News wasn’t played at all.

Prosecution is right, IMO. The evidence they didn’t properly pass over with discovery (the report) was deemed suppressed, yet he’s allowing this screenshot or whatever it is.

Then again, their case is so flimsy, he likely doesn’t want more fuel to add to the appeal fire.

The flow of testimony has come to a screeching halt with cross and now redirect. Sides are arguing over evidence and whether it was turned over. Questioning about Sidney's tattoo and when it was received.
