Everyone knows 544 is a hot mess.

It seems to me that this witness just about was ready to cry after being questioned about growing up and always living on the same road.

I saw some commentary by a legal expert/talking head a minute ago. He said the testimony is fraught with danger for the defense. From the cross I see he is right.

"I've never taken that way home from work ever." Well no, you didn't kidnap or murder anybody at work, AC.

AC: "I'm just trying to be honest."

If you have to try to reassure everyone of that... uh huh.

I don't know why Tammy would be laughing at anything her sister testiLies to. She's facing up to 30 yrs in prison.

If you're telling the truth, you don't have to "try" to be honest. You just are. Sigh.

And her sister is going to help put her there.

Let her laugh. The tone has been set that this is a serious issue. The jury wont miss much and this just makes her appear cold/calculating and unhinged.

I wish she would just answer yes or no when she's asked something. Her constant need to back up every single one of her answers with an excuse or story is very telling.

Tammy DID drive the truck! Finally we know.

  • #238
ah, the defense attorney would have the jury believe that the grandma's car was wrecked, and that grandma took grandpa's truck to work on the 18th, yet on cross examination, we all learn that grandma's car had been fixed and was driveable, and that Tammy sometimes drove it.

Hence why I said "Juan Martinez to the white courtesy phone..." He is a famous prosecutor from the Jodi Arias trial who was a master of "YES or NO!"
