I think this could go a little better for the state. She's getting away with controlling things and embellishing answers and questioning the questioner. I really think she needs to be reined in.

Judge is being very unfair!! I mentioned this in the morning -- Nancy specifically objected to the photos put in by defense because witness did not say what the time frame was that they represented. He overruled.

But now McCollum objects and witness is changing her story. Argh!!!

Nancy is right. The defense was allowed to introduce an undated photo of the bedroom to establish that handcuffs weren’t able to be attached to the bed, but yet an undated camera photo needs more foundation to establish the date?

LE needs to rent out a ground penetrating radar system and go over both their property and the relative next doors property. Anywhere there is cement down.

Agreed. But we all know even if they did have a sleigh bed. The bed still has a frame and a chain could easily be weaved through to attach someone with handcuffs to the bed.

I have been watching on and off all day in between trying to work and she has destroyed the defense so far.

I second this request. I really do believe that evidence of some kind is hidden in some cement there. JMO but bodies have been found under concrete plenty of times in other cases.
