Ashley just crucified herself. She went on a rambling diatribe about how her BFF had keys to a business, and then bff left the keys in a drug house, and since Ashley told the business owner about the keys...they got into a tiff.

Then friend calls the police saying Ashley threatened her. Said “my family has killed people before”.

Ashley testified “she’s still one of my best friends and she will testify if needed.”

So you’re best friends with someone who called the cops on you, said your family has murdered people, left keys in a drug house? Yikes.

I had a girl who i was good friends with in HS for a bit until my mom made me quit hanging out with her. A few months later the mom, grandma, and 14 yr old daughter beat up another girl who started dating girls ex. They would threaten anyone who they felt wronged them. They remind me so much of Tammy and her family

It confuses and irritates and she is a witness, yet she's snapping at the state. That makes Nancy look like she's lost control of the questioning.

How is it pitting one witness against another? PC isn't a witness. She blew her chance at that.

I know that PC and company will not testify, but one of the talking heads said that if convicted the fact that they were not allowed would be a big issue on appeal, if TM is convicted. I do feel that that it is a loss for the state. I think the witnesses would have really contradicted themselves on cross.

I think it’s strategic. She’s allowing AC the wide berth to ramble and equivocate. Her blathering on is effective because it’s showing her lies, her obfuscations, etc
