My guess is she changed it to Mom before the reports were run, hoping no one would notice.

This is stressful and making my blood pressure go up. AC keeps talking over Nancy and overexplaining everything with an attitude.

That's why it appears to me AC took control of the cross. AC got in a LOT of extraneous info that the state should have shut down stat.

AC has Tammy's number stored at "MOM". So she was shown the cellphone records of that, and her number, and Tammy's but she insists she didn't enter it that way, ever.

Hearing this, my first thoughts were scrambling to remember how much older tammy was to AC. 12 years, right? And, AC trying to act like she couldn't remember Tammy's age.

I don't know what point Nancy was trying to make, but those were my 1st thoughts.

This is a good point. I guess it works both ways. NL allowed her to ramble but a lot of that rambling helped us see what a liar she is.

And her smirks gave her away she was lying.

Probably to disguise the fact that it was TM calling/texting on the night in question or during her stalking, etc. This family is so dishonest.

I am thinking the state's male co-counsel should be doing the cross-examination of TM and not NancyL. Reason: NancyL is trying hard to be nice and nice isn't what's needed!

This. I guess she didn't think they would look at the actual telephone numbers. I have 4 sisters and can't imagine a good reason to store them as "mom" when our mom (like AC & TM) is still alive and we have a good relationship with her. It's odd behavior but doesn't "prove" anything other than IMO AC trying to play the messages off as PC and hoping LE wouldn't put it together.

I agree. AC is demonstrating to the jury that she is a liar who will go to any length to cover for her sister. Nancy wants to let her run at the mouth. She doesn't want AC to clam up if annoyed.

NL is amazing though. She is so calm and to the point and she never lets anything rattle her. The jury will appreciate NL and to me it was so obvious the lies from the witness and I think the jury saw that she was lying too.

At the end of crossing her I caught where NL made a quick glance over to the jury with a facial expression that said "see what we are dealing with with this family"

I don't think they'll have time to start TM's testimony today. By the time the re-direct is done it will be 5pm, possibly later and they'll break for the day.

No problem, you're all very welcome! Glad I can assist in some way!! I only wish the reporters in the courtroom wouldn't slacken after lunch. They seem to do that everyday. I don't know why I mean, it's not like they have to run up hills after lunch or anything like that, it's just tweeting, for goodness sake LOL
