I sure hope the state during closing uses the fact that the defense put on witness after witness who had no bearing whatsoever on *this* criminal case. They can list them out for the jurors and remind the jurors that time was taken up with irrelevant witnesses who could not provide the jury with any information to help them.

Is this perhaps about the other Heather Elvis who was in the hospital whilst HE was missing?

Wouldn't that be a HIPAA violation for this witness to testify about anything related to specific medical records?

ETA: Nevermind, I jumped the gun.

So in the eyes of this defense, reciprocal discovery just doesn't exist.

Does it matter if Tammy was pregnant at the end of March? Couples who murder together, stay together. o_O

Witness was subpoenaed yesterday.

3/25/2014 Tammy allegedly had a positive pregnancy test per the defense putting s records woman in the stand.

However, is this a self-reported positive pregnancy? I have been to the ER for pain whilst pregnant with one or two of my kids, they didn’t test me

Judge allows the witness to stay. Showing medical records from March 25, 2014 from the emergency department. The discharge diagnosis says positive pregnancy test for Tammy Moorer.

FYI: Loris is a town about 30 miles north of the Moorer's home on Hwy. 814. It's in Horry County, near the North Carolina state line. There are much closer hospitals, FWIW.

Records from Tammy coming to ER. Positive pregnancy test, with pelvic pain. March 25, 2014.

So basically Heather was pregnant, Tammy couldn't stand it, and demanded to be pregnant too.

Talking heads are saying this is a big waste of time!! Lol. The defense are likely going to bring into closing arguments these other witnesses as potential abductors of Heather which is suggesting something nefarious did happen to her, instead of just stating the state haven’t proved their case beyond a reasonable doubt. They are questioning there tactics here.

So what that is not dec of 2013. This could just be Tammy had to get pregnant because Heather was?

JMO

Im saddened by the sheer number of poor innocent people that have been dragged into this case and personally affected by it because of the actions of two people on this earth.

So many innocent people have been permanently and emotionally traumatized by it.

3/25/2014 was 6 weeks pregnant.

Thus approx 2/11/2014 conception date.

Boom.

Was just asked to come there YESTERDAY!!! Again, is NOT on the witness list. So defense is not playing by court rules. Like defendant like defense.
