So the defense set this woman up with records of another health partnership along with Loris records and is asking her to testify to them? Shady.

Why is everything so confusing in this trial????:(

It's the defense. They are trying to confuse the jury because they have no defense.

Hilarious! Prosecution has extra reading glasses that they just gave to witness to confirm the record said TM was 6 weeks pregnant.

(who comes to court to testify about records if they can't read them??)

Since the defense had no problem bringing up dirt on others it does make you wonder if she got pregnant in jail by someone other than her husband.

It also makes you wonder if this alleged pregnancy test was from someone other than her. Maybe she "got another pregnant person to give her some pee so she could fake a pregnancy" THIS!!!!!.

3/25/2014 was 6 weeks pregnant.

Thus approx 2/11/2014 conception date.

Boom.

Conception more likely a little bit later-- you're "given" 2 weeks free at the start of each pregnancy. But that's more to the point!

Source: been pregnant 3x in the last 5y. ;)

Give this witness some reading glasses, please!

Allegedly TM was "pregnant" on March 24, 2014. The report says TM was "6 weeks pregnant." 6 weeks before March 24 was Feb. 21, 2014. Obviously TM was *not* pregnant Dec 18th 2013, therefore SM buying a pregnancy test at Walmart around 1:30am on Dec 18, 2013 was not really for Tammy.

#TammyMoorer - During Sidney Moorer's trial, he texted News 13 and said he was buying the pregnancy test for his wife, says she was in the truck with him that night. He said they got home, she took and it was negative.

Nancy's smile when she said, "at this time, your Honor, we would like to submit this into evidence." Adorable.

Judge is a bit grumpy this morning.

Poor Nancy, I think the defense is on her last nerve.

Meanwhile, the witness (medical records gal) doesn't know anything, can't read the reports because she's "not a clinician," shrugs her shoulders at most questions, and is generally a waste of time. The most she can do is say if a piece of paper came from a certain place because that's what it says on the paper she is being shown.

She didn't even bring reading glasses!?!? Did she think she was just coming here and saying "yes, these are medical records" and go home?!?

Does it stand to reason that TM and SM only got pregnant so they had a reason for SM to be buying that test? Sad.

NL is may have a bevy of rebuttal witnesses, given how many witnesses the defense has put on the stand that weren't on a witness list.

Note: The judge found Sidney violated the gag order. He and Tammy were also both posting to their facebook pages every day of his trial, about the trial. He had been out on bond, judge sentenced him back to jail for the violation.
