Wow. Tammy brought in someone else's pee. IMO, of course.

If the defense thought they could pull one over on the prosecution with this pregnancy report, they are either stupid or Tammy, forced them to do it.

Conception more likely a little bit later-- you're "given" 2 weeks free at the start of each pregnancy. But that's more to the point!

Source: been pregnant 3x in the last 5y. ;)
Correct. Date goes back to LMP (last period date)

I really really hope the state gets rebuttal witness for these all of the witness.

The judge really should have called for a short break after the defense introduced these documents so the prosecution wouldn't have to examine the documents for the first time while doing the cross-examination.

Defense/Tammy is shooting itself in the foot....(excuse the expression)

3/24/14 Collection taken
Does record say when she had her last menstrual cycle?
Witness looking in records. Witness says she doesn't see it in the records.

She was in jail. Maybe that's where prisoners go

It is about equidistant from the jail to Conway Medical Center. It is a much smaller hospital, though, so I can imagine them using that for inmates for that reason.

Nancy's smile when she said, "at this time, your Honor, we would like to submit this into evidence." Adorable.

Judge is a bit grumpy this morning.

He most likely had to adjust his calendar this week and next for the circus that the defense brought in.

She didn't even bring reading glasses!?!? Did she think she was just coming here and saying "yes, these are medical records" and go home?!?
Probably .

I believe this tactic works to prosecution benefit. It proves Defense sneaked this so-called pregnancy in as a dirty tactic and Prosecution discovered exactly what was going on right at the witness stand during cross examination. An example of Nancy thinking fast and on her feet.

I hope the jury sees what we see and is as mad as the Judge. I would rather hear the Family than this crap.

She doesn't know what a voided specimen is. She can't answer clinical questions!

For gosh sakes, it MEANS PEE!

Can someone post a link in not able to find my live stream again for some reason. Grrr TIA

So I guess the calendar thing didn't pan out for the State.

Looks like defense didn't look closely at the records before either. McCollum seems surprised about the 6 weeks pregnant thing.

For those of you who have spent time in the hospital... it is entirely possible that the urine was collected on 3/24/14 late evening, and the results were not back until after midnight, therefore appearing to be the next calendar day. Devil's advocate, I know.

I think we have to remember that the defense is hauling in people practically off the streets who don't fully understand why they're even there. This witness likely didn't think that she'd be asked to scrutinize all these pages, including some that weren't even generated by her agency/facility.
