Help me understand this... WHY is Tammy allowed to converse with her family during these breaks?!
Why is her daughter wearing the same outfit as her!!

(I was late to class today so sorry if someone said it already!)

Go Nancy!

JMO
She is proving that at most she was only pregnant for 6 weeks in March 2014 which is very important because it means there was no way she would need a pregnancy test back when Heather went missing in December 2013.

Defense obviously trying to use same tactics as before where they are trying to imply that any pregnancy test bought in December 2013 was for TM and not for HE.

The shady thing the defense did is it appears they threw in other records that was not from this witness and they merged them all together like she would vouch for them.

I hope none of this is lost on this jury.
Including the fact that it appears there is nothing to show that the witness knew how the pregnancy test was even administered or by whom.

Shady shady shady IMO

Does anyone else get a bit creeped out when the camera pans to Tammy's family? I feel like Im seeing a bunch of Tammys, including the sister. As if one isnt too much for this world already.

The records woman was correct in not answering any "clinical" questions. She is representing the medical hospital and *her* position does not allow her to talk about clinical findings in a report. That's probably a legal thing.

Seeing TM's children and family in the courtroom, it struck me that she cared more about revenge than them. Even if she doesn't go to prison, she's embroiled her entire family in endless litigation and this has dire consequences for her kids. They should be the center of her life--instead, she chose kidnapping and murder of another innocent soul.

Also, so the defense was trying to claim that SM had a vasectomy, assuming to say there's no way Heather could have been pregnant, but today they're trying to prove that TM was after the fact? Um.

Does it stand to reason that TM and SM only got pregnant so they had a reason for SM to be buying that test? Sad.
TM WASN'T pregnant at that time SM bought the pregnancy test. TM was in jail at the time of her supposedly positive p-test in March 2014. How did she get pregnant in jail?

Because they got banned from testifying yesterday.

As a medical records professional, I would be po'd to be called to the stand and asked to look at records that were not from my hospital. Love Nancy, but had I been that witness, I would have refused to look at them. I would also have brought along my HIPAA book. There should be a medical records professional from each hospital.

Appears that the defense may not have taken depositions of these records custodians, so the State just was not expecting someone to just "show up and testify" about the records. I'm just guessing.

In Nancy's defense, if she would have known a Conway record's custodian was coming in next, she probably wouldn't have asked that witness.

RSBM: I think the Defense is trying to make the point they had been trying to conceive. So, if they were trying to conceive as far back as Dec. 2013, that would explain why TM needed a pregnancy test. JMO.

I've forgotten. What date were TM and SM arrested in February?

I don't know, because I wasn't couponing that day. :p

(Feb 24, 2014 I believe)

An area couple is facing murder charges after being accused of killing 20-year-old Heather Elvis, whose body has not been found.

Tammy Lorinda Moorer, 41, and Sidney St. Clair Moorer, 38, each was charged Monday with murder after being charged during the weekend with kidnapping, indecent exposure and obstruction of justice.

The couple was being held at J. Reuben Long Detention Center pending a bond hearing, now set for the week of March 17, before a circuit court judge, prosecutors said.

The two have been held since Friday, when police served search warrants at a home on Highway 814 and removed them from that home.
