"And it was on video evidence, from surveillance the police took from my home".. I think, IMO, if the police thought it was anyone else's vehicle the would be searching the development behind her home (The one she says this truck belongs to), to see if any had outdoor cameras.

If you saw two people consoling mr Elvis it’s because during the first break he couldn’t leave the courtroom- the lawyers were being assholes and not moving so he could pass (they aren’t allowed near him) and then her family was walking all around the entrance/exit like lingering and he couldn’t get by- all were told and all just ignored the bailiff. A second bailiff had to be told. It was HORRIBLE. He was losing it - over stress I’m sure because he just wanted to go to the restroom. And even the lawyers were being jerks.
{{Gasping}} Omg!! How horrid! That poor sweet man. :(

Defense just asked if Tammy or anyone associated with her drove to Peachtree Landing the night of December 17th, 2013.
Tammy said no.
Defense asked if she or anyone associated with her drove to Peachtree landing in the hours of midnight to noon the next day.
Tammy said no.

How many more times is she going to try to drive home the point that she "hasn't been at Peachtree Landing in a really long time?" Her nose is growing.

It hasn't even been 72 hours of her testimony and I'm over it. ;)

I'm ready for story-time to end, and for the State to bring some TRUTH.

I think TM's getting annoyed with how dumb some of GM's questions are. "If someone went to that grocery store in the middle of the night, they could pretty much buy anything they wanted, right?"

Oh boy. Just wait til the neighbor hears he's been thrown under the bus

After living near her for some time, I doubt it will surprise him.

I just re read it and I could have sworn the first time I read it, Tammy was a little more ticked off. Talking about the texts and everything. Maybe I'm remembering wrong.

She's not giving such long answers as before.

"Where is Peachtree Landing again?" questions TM.

BUT SM told the police that she handcuffed him as punishment dot dot dot

BBM: But you know Casey Brown would ask him if it surprised him anyway!

Tammy Moorer testified that she has a sleigh bed. Said there is no way someone could be handcuffed. Said she never handcuffed Sidney to the bed in retaliation to his affair. Tammy testified that her and Sidney used handcuffs to play in bed.

Tammy testified that she did not handcuff Sidney to the bed out of retaliation to his affair with Heather. She testified that she would handcuff him in a sexual manner @WBTWNews13

Not to talk bad about anybody ... but I hate thinking about the fact that THIS face is likely the last face HE ever saw in this world. How sad to me. :(

  • #397
I sure hope the jury isn't buying her version of things...

  • #398
She is throwing just enough at Sidney to make the jury look at him... which gives reasonable doubt... Just like they did that at HIS trial, throwing at her... for doubt. Its all a game.

#TammyMoorer - Tammy says they had handcuffs as part of sex play. She says they each had a pair.

All right, I've had it. Bourbon for everyone, I've brought enough.
