TM says police seized two hunting guns and a handgun (purchased Jan 2014) and returned them right away because they had nothing to do with this supposed kidnapping.

Tammy's mindset seems to be that she was afraid someone was going to harm her children.

Could that have been, because the Moorers harmed someone else's child first?

But really, putting paper over a window isn't likely to stop any thing but people looking in and out of a window.

Malignant narcissists and sociopaths can be deceptively nice and pleasant. They can make friends easily, be very friendly and giving. But the moment they're threatened in any way or they perceive someone crosses them, watch out!

If this is correct, I am looking forward, to when TM is being questioned by the State.
Perhaps TM may be initially polite, and then she may be very rude, when threatened.

Tammy Moorer said they had "long guns" at her house in Dec. 2013, but not the pistol. The pistol Sidney bought was in January 2014.

Police took guns from the house when the searched, Tammy says. A pistol was bought in January. There were two long guns were present in December, but were returned as they were not fired recently

Those poor kids probably grew up thinking all that stuff is normal. Weren't they all in one bedroom at one point? This is all they've known.
