Those of us who have for years viewed murder trials via live-stream as well as in person, can see TM is a seasoned liar and is as guilty as any murderer we have ever seen.

I'm afraid she's too seasoned for the jury. Her little ramble just now about how you can right click to see properties of every photo that State returned in discovery proves the dates and times and she's happy to show it to anyone.

It's gotta be 5 o'clock somewhere.

How many of us cant remember if we have ever shot a gun. That's just something you dont forget.

Does a BB gun count? If yes, then I once shot a gun.

"Not much of a gun nut, are you?" - GM
"No." - TM

I can think of one photo that says otherwise.
2 actually. She had one of her with a long gun and then her and SM with their pistols. I don't have them handy so take this is IMO IIRC

Wow.
Guess the Police must now get a search warrant for this neighbour's home, truck and boat: in case he is implicated.:D
MOO.

Didn't the state narrow down the truck to the Moorer's as one of like THREE in the area/state that would have met the same specs? I feel like the headlight pattern expert mentioned this a few times. Don't you think if one of those other few happened to be their NEIGHBOR'S truck, the defense would have pointed this out years ago?

I picked the wrong week not to start drinking. If only I liked the taste of bourbon (or wine, or vodka or anything that would make this testimony more palatable...). If there was chocolate in the house I'd be all over that!

I had to take a 2 hr. break for work. I come back and the defense is still plodding along. This is the most boring testimony. Are the jurors asleep? Did I miss anything between 12:30 and 2:30?

I am confused. metadata can be changed on a photo. you can also roll back the time on your computer. The State can have an expert explain exactly how it is done. Is the defense introducing this to give the jurors a choice on whose story to believe ?

I’ve 🤬🤬🤬🤬 a gun twice, clay pigeon shooting. Couldn’t get the hang of it and the kick back gave me a bright red bruised cheek. Sure I remember.

Not if it really was the neighbors truck and they borrowed it to test drive it ...

That photo has yesterday's date on it? So obviously wasn't in evidence before.

Unbelievable, State says those photos DID NOT come from discovery. The photo clearly shows they were printed yesterday. Judge still allows it. Says State can address in cross.

(What is going on here??)

Now they are allowing pictures NOT from the State's evidence in as picture evidence? I just can't with this today.
