The jury will be stuck all weekend knowing their entire Friday was wasted. First almost the entire morning on a bunch of useless witnesses with no connection to this case. And now this meandering journey through the defendant's life and FB.

Why is she saying look at my FB it’s all public. They jury is the one deciding and they can’t. So she’s telling them to break the law and look at her public FB.

Wellll...TM just opened the door for the state to use her FB posts/pics/whatever. If the defense hadn't already opened that door before, it's wide open now!

IIRC .. before trial started this morning, didn't the State ask the judge if his decision to allow the defense to submit the facebook pics yesterday reverse his suppression ruling from pre-trial hearings and the judge replied he would decide on a case by case basis

so is the door now open for the State ?

TM just said she tried to help police immediately because "every second counts" and if it were her child she wouldn't want them to waste time on "someone who didn't do anything" (her anger showed there)

#TammyMoorer - Tammy is shown photos taken before Heather disappeared showing the front of the house. There were no cameras there at that time. There has been a question of did the Moorers' take down their cameras because something incriminating from that night was there.

I really really really want to know exactly what was shown in that picture that Donald the cousin of TM saw on the flip phone. Not just coded descriptions of "couldn't talk/couldn't walk," but the real details even if those details are graphic.

I remember way back she would post and delete like crazy. I don’t have FB anymore but saw that everyone was saying it was back up. I knew she was doing it to try to use it as evidence.

Tammy Moorer says she tried to help in any way she could in the investigation the second she was contacted by the police. She says if it was her child she would want them to be looked for rather than wasting time on someone who didn't do anything.

If the state was smart (and I'm not sure if they are about this) they would have subpoenaed FB to get a full data dump of her account and everything FB had on their servers related to her, starting back in Sept 2013 and continuing on.
