I posted a timeline/theory a few threads back.....a copy/paste of one I'd developed a few years ago.

I’ll look tomorrow when I’m *ahem* only drinking water and see if I can fill in the gaps with new info- I’m old school (pen and paper) so forgive me when I thought TM literally meant an actual diary today. Like bombshell- I stole her diary during her kidnapping, but she meant Twitter. *Eye roll* *shrug*

IMO

Man, y'all have been talking about drinking so much. That does it! I'm in. I'm going to have a Firefly and water, though, in honor of Ms. Nancy's southern sass! Cheers!

I find it hard to believe that TM thinks anyone will believe that she and SM shared phones yet there were hundreds of calls between HE and SM for months and not once did HE accidently call and have TM answer. It's not even plausible that SM was using his phone before the 18th after TM had confiscated it. And I loved it when NL caught her up when she tried to lay it on her daughter when it came to the text about the age of the underage kid but NL pointed out that TM had retexted him immediately leaving no doubt who actually had control of the phone at the time.

I'm also wondering if the prosecutors can throw their own tricks back on them and say the IP address TM says exonerates her at the time of the disappearance only proves that "someone" was on her computer but she can't prove it was her.

Wow. Someones been paying attention. Good job.

Hope the jury is paying attention like you were.

ETA The way TM admitted today that she shared phones with SM and visa versa was amazing. Proves she could have easily had his phone when HE called or texted.

Excellent post!
If you wanted to have an affair and you shared phones, you'd get a burner to communicate with that affair partner, no? Even if it was truly an open relationship (and please, TM is protecting her sad ego with that). But let's say it was open. You wouldn't rub it in your partners face. You'd keep it separate. I think. ? I dont know how that works.

"I'm not the only one who uses the phone."
Over and over and over ......

It's the heart of the defenses case. Do not ever forget that you cant see the face behind the device!

Over and over and over ......

They had approximately 72 phones, etc. in their home. Why would they need to all be sharing? Nope. My kids never use my phone and I never use their phones.

Have we ever seen the diary? Or was that hidden in the gag order? Also, had TM sent her sister to photograph NL? What list was NL referring to herself and the policemen being on?
I have never seen anything like the last two days.

Yes, and if they casually used each others phones would SM really have given HE his phone number? Preposterous!

Excellent point. Furthermore, NL read a text that TM sent to SM saying he had to change his passcode. So, not only did they have their own phones and did not share, they were passcode protected.

What? She meant Twitter? I did not pick up on that. I know rumors have swirled about a Heather diary for a long time, but I dismissed them, because of the half-baked sources. I'm not old school about many things; I do most things electronically, but I still imagined this to be a sweet little diary with a key or a nice journal from a bookstore. Oops.

I just got a pop up thingy saying I won a Wal-Mart gift card. Which reminds me of something important I learned today!

For some people, it seems both the idea of going to Wal-Mart, and the rush from having shopped at Wal-Mart is a huge turn on.

I never knew.

Oh, I thought TM was referring to HE's texts as her diary. Twitter makes more sense.

Well, I just finished watching TM's cross. Wow, what a hot mess!

Ooh, busted! If it weren't for all of us sharing a collective memory, how would we come up with all the ways in which Tammy Moorer is a liar? IMO.

Great point. I assumed when TM said “we have her words” she meant Social Media bc an actual diary has only come up in message boards & rumors AFAIK. I’d assume if TM had any items belonging to Heather, she would be long ago in jail.

I love that I’m not the only one who thought actual diary. I don’t keep a diary (anymore) but I do still use a paper calendar. :)

HA! I thought about that when I moved the bottle of SoCo over to get to the Firefly. And no, I'm good with my choice. :D
