Heather wouldn't have recognized Sid's new black truck since that was purchased in the weeks before she went missing and she wasn't in contact with SM or around him to see the new vehicle before. Remember the M's got back from their CA trip on or around Dec 11.

I wonder if TM is able to sleep or eat this weekend. The clock is ticking. Her time is running out. Are the kids still in the courtroom, I sure hope not.

RSBM: I remember thinking her smirk almost looked like a "touche!" Like she was surprised Nancy had it in her.

I like that interpretation better! Putting TM in her place and holding her to account--probably for the first time in TM's life.

She's such a liar in SO many ways.

I continue to feel awful for her kids, although I have to admit I was pleased to hear that the oldest is out on his own and supposedly doing well. I hope that is true. I also hope he smartens up and severs all ties with his family, save perhaps his paternal grandparents who seem so normal compared to the rest of the lot.

My boss caught me pulling up the live feed at work Friday. He asked what I was doing and I told him I wanted to listen to the Mrs. On trial in the HE case. He had a few words for the defendant and gave permission! He did draw the line at letting me off on Monday. I really wish NL would ask TM "where is Heather".

I was so angry when she mentioned the diary- it was totally like you described. The Elvis family has never given up hope. Her statements about using her words was chilling.

Great question would be, TM, what do you mean she “left behind”?

Born again, a completely different person. I know we are not supposed to judge. Man looks at the outward appearance, but God looks at the heart (thoughts and intent). But we can be fruit inspectors. TMs apples are rotten and full of worms. If she were truly saved, she would confess the truth. I'm sure this particular statement struck a particularly hurtful chord with Heather's parents. Their faith has been their shield over the past five years.

I am pretty sure there is another video that does show it. I really need to start bookmarking things.

TM has no following of Wicca, if she did she'd be scared to death of Karma and the three fold rule. Its just another story of hers for attention. As for her kids, they are as wrapped up in this as her momma is, and that family is so intertwined its hard to tell where one starts and another begins. While i can feel some sympathy towards the kids, they are old enough now to know the difference in truth, but what they have lived their whole lives will dictate their thought process of how what they do and say will and always be the way their Mother thinks. They have lived their entire lives built upon lies.

If TM was charged with perjury r/t her trial testimony, that'd be OK. No one is above the law, TM, no one.

No one is above the law is so true but it does not keep people from lying. TM will hang herself with her lies. She is scared, knows it all and worried about going to prison. It will be hard to keep the lies straight when sitting in the cross examination chair during intense pressure. I hope that is how she feels.

With some good websleuthing couldn’t someone figure it out? We know when she was incarcerated, we know when she’s unavailable due to court and so on?

When this first happened in December 2013 (Heather missing is actually what brought me to WS and I'm a local) I think she was on here. There was a poster named couponinmb, I think that was the name, and they posted twice. Something snarky about biting the hook and another comment. I saved them on the old site but it's gone now. I must have replied back because mods messaged me about it and said not to bait her, they were on to it. I hope she is on here because I believe if she or anyone in her family are they are being watched very closely. Another reason I know she reads here is she referred to Law Enforcement as LE in one of her posts on facebook, this is the only place that we had seen that and remember this is in 2013. The hubris she's shown on social media is what will be her undoing - I believe that! All of this is my experience and opinion.
