She is probably not sleeping...Someone is posting on those fake fb pages...as far as the not eating-- I highly doubt that...
Do you have a link for the FB pages? (mods--please delete if inappropriate!)

Is there any possibility that SM will be brought back to court as a defense witness?
I don't know for sure, but my thinking is that he won't testify since he was on the Prosecutor's witness list & they didn't call him--the rumor was that he would take the 5th and refuse to answer all questions. If the Defense puts him on the stand, he would have to be cross examined by the Prosecution.

I just watched the clip on day 9, part 1. I had not seen these witnesses testimony before. The first 2 witnesses were the girl HE lived with for a while and the guy who hung out with Heather. Her testimony had no value at all. MOO Next up the guy who knew Heather through the girl who Heather lived with for a while. This guy's testimony was valuable for the state. To me you could really tell he did not want to be there at all. He seemed indignant as to what the young lawyer was trying to do. You could tell he responded to Livesay's questions with less of an attitude. IMO, he was totally against shaming the victim and he really wanted no part of it.

I wonder if TM is able to sleep or eat this weekend. The clock is ticking. Her time is running out. Are the kids still in the courtroom, I sure hope not.

DO you think this case will wrap up this week?
The kids WERE in the courtroom while Tammy was on the stand. We were horrified!

Since the Moorer family decided to break the sequestration rule (a rule that the DEFENSE insisted upon! LOL) they had no witnesses to call. And if TM violates the rule this weekend, she's facing jail time.

TM appears as if she hasn't slept in a verrrrry long time. Maybe she is worried about her trial, but maybe, just maybe, her demons are catching up with her as she lays awake completely alone in the deep dark of night.

TM lacks any sort of insight--she has absolutely no idea how she is coming across to the jury.

This was my first time on a true crime website. She also referred to Heather as HE. I believe she was obsessively reading all she could about the case. As I said this is my opinion.
She and family absolutely read here!!

Unfortunately, she just needs a bit of reasonable doubt and a couple of jurors who can see it. Not my phone or his phone but our phone, so it was't me. Not a thing connects me to the landing, to her car or even her-- heck, I never met her in person. Scorned and angry woman, yes? Kidnapper, nope! This has been her narrative so far. I hope it is not working but it might be.

Interesting that you say she referred to Heather as HE.
Will always believe that the last text she sent that “Got HE ad” was really meant as “Got HE 🤬🤬🤬

Agree. The defense's best/only defense at this point is to confuse, confuse, confuse. And I think that is being accomplished. I really hope the State's closing arguments will make it all make sense.

Can someone remind me how closing arguments go? Does the State have the last word, or does the defense?

NL has barely gotten started on cross--she's going to annihilate TM's lies.

Tammy unequivocally says she was with Sydney the whole night. We know “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.”, & Tammy was scorned with a jealous fury, Tammy is a planner & rather vindictive, mean & bossy - a control freak. Tammy wants the last word.
Also the expert from California put it all together in a concise easy to understand timeline including that Heather’s last ping on her phone was in Waccamaw Wildlife Refuge near Tammy’s house.
The expert testimony will win this case and find Tammy guilty on all counts. The only thing her defense brought was dishonesty, hearsay & confusion.
The State relied on facts & experts, cell records, google records & GPS location technology & of course the videotape where Sidney Moorer is using the payphone to call Heather (while Tammy Moore is with him) which we have on video tape & she denies being there even though she says they were together unequivocally the whole night. She can’t have it both ways. We saw the video tape. Sydney makes the call from the payphone. If she was with him, she was with him.

Since the defendant Tammy testified that means that the State gets the last word but I think they are limited to 30 minutes.

Not that I don't think she is guilty or even doing well in the witness box. But, she keeps landing those phrases and there is no physical evidence that we have seen tying her to the scene or making direct threats. I want her in prison just as many do but I think there are a couple problems with this case.....

This part really stood out to me:

NL: And again, you've looked all through this. This is your discovery, correct?
TM: Not every piece, just the pieces I thought that could (pause, looks at jury) prove my innocence.
NL: I'm sorry?
TM: I looked through pieces (pause) that....
NL: Right.
TM: Yes.

RSBM. This is perfect. Thanks for transcribing this little snippet. So much bs was thrown out there by TM--good for NL in slowing it down and showing the jurors what TM is actually doing.

Tammy’s words are particularly chilling and revealing.
WMBF 10/19/18 1:53:40
Tammy:
“I can’t speak for Heather but her diary can that she left behind if you want to let’s pull it out.
She left her words behind. I think we should listen to them.
I mean, that’s Heather’s way of testifying, right?”.

Are closing arguments time-limited? I remember Judge Dennis cut NL off before she finished in SM's trial. She is going to need a lot of time to lay this all out and to refute TM's seemingly endless stream of lies. Someone above said 1/2 hour, but I think that's referring to having the last word after the defense's closing argument.
