Nancy's wrap-up is excellent....excelllent. Concise. Addresses those issues that caused wonder by Defense. It's called wrapped up and tied with a bow.

#TammyMoorer - Now: Prosecution rebuttal closing argument. Livesay says the Moorers got rid of anything they didn't want the jury to see. Text messages, home security footage.

The prosecution talking the jury again, and said "We are not going to reward people because we can not find the victim's body. So no, we are not going to let it go." @WBTWNews13

State Prosecutor: the evidence is those cameras and the phone records. Said those cameras are the best evidence. #TammyMoorerTrial

Nancy bringing it strong yet again.

I don't remember ever seeing someone sitting with a judge before to counsel him/her. Strange...
They usually don't sit at bench right next to judge but over to side and in front.

I have recently, witnessed a trial, where the assistant sat, next to the Judge.
They corresponded during the trial, with one another.

State Prosecution: The only evidence we have is what the Moorer's could not alter, change or destroy. Why isn't there more evidence? Prosecution said because it was 48 hours before police got to the Moorer's and start looking around. #TammyMoorerTrial

I remember the rain analogy from SM's kidnapping trial.

So Im not sure what I can say but the moorer case discussion fb page has a screenshot of TM's fb with the "School is all done! Lets hope for As and Bs"

its interesting what the time is on that screenshot....

It’s less counseling (at least here in chicago) and more so creating the case synopsis for trials, preparing the trial memorandum for the current case/ research on case law for the trial at hand, and such. They tend to be attorneys, as well, usually junior counselors fresh in the game. I am unsure if SC also tends to have licensed attorneys perform the job, but he definitely excelled at keeping his face void of any expression, I wish I had that kind of self-control!

Thanks. Each judge is boss of his/her courtroom. Peeps sit where judge decides.

Well, should a mistrial be the outcome, that could be beneficial to add to their arsenal. I don’t think nancy livesay will be inclined to give this case up, jmo

ALSO am I the only one who pronounced her name “ live rhymes with shiv, see rhymes with me”? The first time I heard her name in court I was like dang I’ve been mispronouncing it for years.

NL nailed it IMO

He's putting doubt in the jurors' minds or at least trying- that's the defense atty's job and maybe they thought he was doing a good job doing that?
And they are the experts, I guess at this point I just can’t be objective.

That part about the ornament on the truck at WM was great. I hadn't thought of that.

NancyL did a fabulous job! Clear, to the point, hit all the major themes, explained what this case is about, showed exactly how and why the charges were proved beyond a reasonable doubt. A+

This judge is doing a great job of reading this jury charge.

Any idea if the Judge will send the jury to deliberate tonight?
