TM knows how to manipulate Facebook very well. She has made posts private vs. public. She has turned her page off completely at times and scrubs posts on the regular.

If she was so concerned about being harassed, she would only allow known friends to view her page and posts. Or, get off of Facebook completely. Further, she has public commenting turned off. Another manipulation that you could possibly do is change the timezone on your computer, then load a Facebook post and time will alter according to the time zone. Then, screenshot the post and it will appear to be posted at a different time.

We learned a lot in the Casey Anthony trial about how Facebook post cannot be used. And other trials we have followed. I am just realizing that Facebook and other stuff which we have followed over the years with Tammy cannot be entered into evidence. And they cannot find out a lot of information because the providers will not share it with them or it can't be entered into evidence. So disappointing.

No a pregnancy test box cannot be traced back to an individual receipt. It would require the box to have a unique serial number AND it would require the store's point of purchase system to capture that unique serial number. The boxes are generic and the sales system does not capture anything more than item number, store code, department, etc.

If you hover over the date of her "samples" post, it say 12/17/13 at 9:18 PM, but when you inspect the code and do the conversion from unix time to EST, you get GMT: Wednesday, December 18, 2013 5:18:37. In her time zone it would be Wednesday, December 18, 2013 12:18:37 AM.

She's probably messed around with it so much it's all screwed up. The State should have been all over this.

The rebuttal witness testifying that the time couldn't be changed lets the jury decide if Tammy's self printed photo showing the time is correct or if it is the State's forensically obtained photo time is correct. Tammy obviously lied about so much other stuff , and provided the photo to dispute the crucial time , I vote the jurors will believe the State

If you believe the testimony of Donald D (cousin of TM who testified last week), there is a picture of H.E. on a flip phone and that picture was taken *after* H.E. was taken. Regardless of what one believes that picture shows, it clearly led DD to believe that Heather could not talk and could not walk. That alone could prove H.E. was kidnapped, but fortunately there is a ton of other evidence in the case.

Respectfully, I disagree. If the UPC symbol was the same, and the one in our trash can was the same. I would have a question and I would expect the prosecution to have evidence of such.

I am worried, the Jurors will not have a guilty verdict.
I believe TM introduced many points, perhaps all lies, that may cause some in the jury, to believe her.
TM acted as if all were against her, and I hope, this doesn't sway folk.
I only hope, the State's closing, may summarise controversial points most effectively, to clear matters for the jury.

This picture gives me the creeps. Not b/c of the evil (IMO) TM but b/c it shows that what you post on SM can one day be printed and used in a trial. Makes me want to run away from the computer forever. EEEEKK

If the State comes out with a cohesive closing argument - which they should, and perhaps be tweaking it even right this moment - there is still, In my experience, a good chance of conviction.

But, if they bomb this closing argument...mistrial, definitely, IMO

That is my hope also!

But I just think the state fell flat, and there is no excuse in my opinion that at the very end for their last throw that they fell flat.

When I follow a trial, the last things that they stay is supposed to be most important to the jury, and the most important and last thing they said help the prosecution in my opinion.

I am so very very very concerned.

When this happened, I actually went to long beards, I went to her apartment, and I traveled a lot of the areas , so I could get familiar with it.

It's been a long time and I am very very very disappointed.

I thought the state would have a stronger case and I am concerned as to a guilty verdict.

HERE is a picture of a Walmart Equate brand preg test box. This isn't the only preg test Walmart carries and I'm not sure exactly which one SM purchased 5 yrs ago or if that particular test is even still made or if it changed since, but if you use the magnifying glass you can see there's a bar code on the bottom.

That bar code identifies the product (manufacturer, product ID and other things coded), but is every single box of this particular test *different* with a different and *unique* bar code? It would be unlikely and a very costly thing to do in manufacturing. Now, does the test strip itself have a unique serial code? I don't know. Walmart wouldn't be capturing anything on the contents therein since that's inside the box and cannot be scanned.
