We know it's not evidence, but they can't un-see it or un-hear it. They can't un-ring the bell, so to speak. Unfortunately, that's the case with TM's testimony too, but here it works in the State's favor. They won't be able to forget the imagery of TM as the Evil Queen and Heather as Snow White.

Prosecution said "Lets get real" no one goes to the police department and says they called someone they didn’t. Talking about the payphone call made the Heather Elvis disappeared. Sidney admitted to it, Tammy said he was forced to say that--even though he didn't.
