Update: I have confirmed, the original timestamp is preserved when a post's date is changed on Facebook. In addition, modifying the post's date adds a "clock" icon to the post, over which you can hover, and it will display the originally posted-on timestamp. This data is also available in JSON via their Graph API with the fields "created_time" and "updated_time".
Was it that way as well in 2013/2014? Some of the changes she probably made a few years ago. FB is notorious for changing their code and making tweaks to various features.

The moon is amazing here tonight. I wish I knew how to post a photo from my phone to this message board. I made a wish on it that Heather gets justice.
Nancy Livesay...her last name can’t be coincidence. She is bringing Heather’s spirit to life to speak for justice.

I thought about the moon last night when seeing how bright it is and that its almost a full moon.

JMO
It would be so ironic and in a happy way if she gets convicted with almost a full moon out after we heard that it may not have been coincidence that it was a full moon around HE disappearance.

I think HE also referenced moonchild in her own postings.

The "created_time" field is immutable, is populated upon the initial post, and has existed since its inception.

If TM or any of her cohorts modified any of their posts after the facts, it wouldn't change the "created_time" timestamp, which is returned in epoch format.

There will be a full moon on Wednesday, Oct. 24th. Tammy’s karma will have served it to her damn good if the verdict comes back guilty on Wednesday !

Why is it one hour different if you open a timeline post in a new tab?

Nancy’s closing had some of the jurors crying. Her family did really well- they cried, but were able to do it as quietly as they could. Lots of crying though and visible shaking with crying and not a lot of noise. I knew it was going to be good when she started with Snow White.

It's interesting that her posts do this. I tried it on my own Facebook and it did not.

I also tried it on some older posts of TMs and it didn't do it on those either. Only the posts in question.

Did any of the men cry? Or at least tear-up? This is a great sign that NL connected to the jurors and her closing had both facts and heart.

I was listening with earbuds and heard crying when NL said that Tammy said in her own words what happened to Heather.....that she was a nice girl :(.

No idea why it would render differently in a browser based upon how it's opened, but that doesn't change the actual JSON data that is returned when a particular Facebook post ID is queried.

My point is, the exact time any Facebook post was originally posted is knowable, regardless of whether it has been changed after the fact.

The idea that screenshots of Facebook posts can be entered into evidence gives me...well, it's more than pause. It's more like a whole-body disgust. The avenues for manipulation of that kind of "evidence" are infinite

RSBM.

Prior to watching this trial, I had no idea about how easy it was to manipulate FB. Now I wholeheartedly agree with you. Perhaps action should be taken to forbid the use of Facebook in criminal trials.

Yes the men cried- not just teared up IMO

When some of the juror's cry it doesn't bode well for heartless TC. I feel for you yupikgirl & lonetraveler & thank you for being there + anyone else. The quiet sobs were gut-wrenching for everyone - thank you for updates.

I don't think the post dates matter. We have no idea who was controlling what devices that morning and creating selective time stamps along that timeline.

Tammy looked pretty upset when the case was done.

My 17 year old daughter was with me today - she didn’t have school. Her take way from Tammy’s testimony “not my truck, it wasn’t my truck, not my truck , but it wasn’t my truck”. Not to laugh but that’s what she told my husband at dinner when he asked what she thought of Tammy’s testimony.

Hahaha! I do think Tammy's only chance of a defense was discrediting Grant Fredericks. Too bad they didn't think to call experts to do that. I'm sure she will on appeal!
