1. <modsnipped encouraging sleuthing of witness> Is she capable/willing to take care of the minor Moorer children when both Moorer parents are incarcerated?

2. Is is a southern thing to say "look her" instead of "look for her" like NL says a lot?

I don't think the post dates matter. We have no idea who was controlling what devices that morning and creating selective time stamps along that timeline.

Well, now that it's in the Jury's hands, no, none of it matters. However, whomever it was possessed a device that had access to TM's Facebook account, and if anything was manipulated to appear as if it were closer to an alibi, that speaks to the charge of conspiracy.

Nancy’s closing had some of the jurors crying. Her family did really well- they cried, but were able to do it as quietly as they could. Lots of crying though and visible shaking with crying and not a lot of noise. I knew it was going to be good when she started with Snow White.

It is such a big deal when "some" of the jury is crying. A very big deal!

It warms my heart that the jurors not only paid attention but really connected. They got it. They got how devastating this is. They fully understand Heather is dead, killed. Not a runaway, but murdered. While they can't do anything about the killing since that's not a charge to consider, they sure can easily connect the dots the state gave them to find guilt for kidnapping & conspiracy.

It really bothers me the defence atty stated: "...the prosecution knows there was a crime scene but they don't know where it was at..."
Anyway something like that. It hit me like a baseball bat upside my head. WHY would he say that?! Wasn't the defence pushing that HE ran away??!
He also spoke of zip ties, tape and dark hood and chloroform.
Why would a defence atty even use these words?!!
What does he REALLY know that we don't!!!!

Try as I might, I can't recall much of what TM's lawyer actually said in closing. I was trying hard to pay attention and put myself in the place of a juror, but his verbal meandering and yelling didn't stick with me aside from saying everyone on the state's side is wrong, calling the case a joke and bringing up chloroform, Charles Manson and hooded figures lurking in the dark.

I vividly remember NL's statements and the picture she painted with the Snow White story. The lump in my throat as she took us through the events and said "we wish we could tell her [Heather] to turn around, go back" (paraphrased) as she drove towards Peach Tree Landing. The mental image of the black F-150 moving towards Heather is just haunting and heartbreaking.

Another thing that really sticks in my mind is Tammy never REALLY broke down through the entire trial. She looked like she might a few times and squeezed out a few tears here and there, but she did WAY more smiling and laughing. I hope the jurors noticed that. I have looked at it from every angle and I just can't see an innocent person that comprehends what's happening to be so smug and cheerful. I really can't fathom a guilty person acting that way! Being on trial and facing 30+ years in prison should be terrifying and serious.

Has anyone noticed, before the Judge enters, and we wait quite some time, there is no communication, between TM and her attorneys?
I wonder if there has been a 'falling out' between them.
Besides TM yawning a great deal, she appears to be quite apart from her group.
I would hope, my attorneys would try to be supportive, provide some encouragement.
Perhaps this is not permitted.
I noticed when seeing the Defense Lawyer, with East Area Rapist, she even had her hand on his shoulder, during a Hearing.

I did see GM pat her on the arm as the Judge was instructing the jury today, after closing statements. It was quick and he immediately went back to looking at whatever was in his lap (papers I think). I don't imagine he's feeling chummy with her after she said he never prepped her at all today when she was on the stand.

If I were an impartial juror, I would consider Tammy's mention of kidnapping and murder- at least twice on the stand. Murder is not on the table - and her referring to HE in the past tense. I would notice how she threw shade at Nancy, and the police department. I would consider her vulgar mouth. I would believe the cousin. He's a hot mess but seemed genuinely honest in what he saw. I would believe the timeline of phone calls and Peachtree. That's just some of my thoughts. Tammy candle will not shine brighter, because she blew Heather's out.

Besides it’s not like SM would show the pic to PC or his mom. Obviously he’s going to show it to someone he assumes will “appreciate” it if that is even the right word. Someone who he thinks will admire his criminal prowess. Obviously a fellow criminal would be the person to share it with. In my mind it makes all the more believable.

Just thought of something else. He was probably showing off that he had gotten off considering what he had done. I remember when they were realeased the smug smirks on their faces. It’s engrained in my mind because I remember being so mad.
I’ve seen innocent people let out after serving time and their smiles are genuine. Like people who are proven innocent through DNA. They aren’t smirking because they got away with something. They are happy because they are innocent...rant over.
