TM is probably knocking back a bottle tonight. Her future is in the hands of 12 strangers. If she is found guilty, prison will be her life for a long time. At least she will get to live, Heather did not get that chance.

Hope someone is on top of it!

The only nodding I saw was Casey Brown
I know I shouldn't find this funny. Is Greg his mentor? If so, that's sad.

If Greg saw jurors crying during NL's closing argument and then got up there and called the trial "a joke," was he trying to lose the case? Because he would definitely lose those jurors. He showed no respect or empathy for the victim or her family. He was a horror.

I thought the defense closing was as rambling and crazy as KT's was for SM.

How could anyone call this trial a joke when a young woman has been missing for almost 5 years and more than likely was murdered.

Probably had some of tammy's evidence papers, and got them mixed up with the real evidence.
Tammy's "evidence" papers. There, fixed it for ya.:D

I thought Nancy Livesay did a great job today, and cringed through GM's entire closing. He yelled and came across badly to me, but I'm obviously biased at this point. Hope this is the beginning of justice and closure for Heather!

I haven't been able to listen to NL's closing. Tuned in to GM for about a minute, it was at the point he mentioned the Manson murders and the Nixon trial.

Good night all. Hopefully, the jurors will get a good nights rest.

They must convict. I see no alternative. However, there remains a silver lining regardless of the outcome. TM's testimony under oath that diverges from SM's testimony under oath makes a consolidated murder trial an enormous mess

Just watched NL's closing, she did a GOOD job!!! The Snow White-Disney example was brilliant, take that Miss Disney!!!! Guilty verdict by Thursday morning!!!!!!!!

After watching the closing arguments live this afternoon, I was having serious doubts that the jury could convict. I was taken aback at how there didn't seem to be a smoking gun etc.

But now...I've just watched it again. Listen, if they DO believe Grant(the video expert), and they believe the phone records of the phones pinging(which can't be disputed), then there is NO WAY to come to any other conclusion of them being guilty. If you believe that WAS their truck, and you'd have to if you believe Grant is the expert that he is, then you HAVE to conclude that their truck went down to PTL at the same time as HE's car did. There is no way to come to any other conclusion.

Now I"m feeling more positive that they'll come to a guilty verdict. If not, then it would HAVE to be that someone convinces themselves or someone else that the video expert lied, and the phone records / pings lied. And that's impossible.

For you who were in the courtroom, what was your read on the jurors faces?

I know it is just a guess, I am just hoping this jury is smarter than the CA jury! JMO.

My hope is that by tomorrow afternoon, TM will be leaving in shackles.

We will be celebrating, if that is the case.
No more smirks on TM's face, I would think

<modsnipped quoted post and response to it>
she does stick her finger in her ear a lot and spin it around. She also mentioned allergies more than once today.

On a related note. - I first went last Thursday. I wasn’t sick. Tammy was popping cough drops (not candy) and the daughters friend was also popping cough drops and looked miserable. On the Elvis side where I was there were a couple others sick with cough , congestion , etc. and low and behold last night I went to bed feeling awful. Spent today with cough drops all day and because apparently some people the last week were messy with their water (the only drink allowed) I was made to throw my bottle of water out LOL. it was the first time I ever brought a bottle. That’s my long way of saying something is going around that courtroom and maybe Nancy got it too.

Certainly, bugs are all about, spreading, multiplying and you're breathing them all in.:(:(:(

Your immunity would be really good, if you have no symptoms.
Drink loads of water, and rest, as perhaps you will not be in a good way, to witness GUILTY tomorrow.
Thanks so much for all your work.

Heather's family got very emotional during the closing. I sat directly behind them and it was heartbreaking to watch.

Thanks for being there.:):):)
Seeing Heather's family emotions would be most distressing.
Hope they obtain Justice shortly.
How are you feeling about the case?

I forgot to say during the defense closing Tammy was yawning. I mean I was too, but I’m not in her position.

Yes, she was constantly yawning.
She possibly did not have a restful weekend.
MOO.

Again - THANK YOU ALL!! for the posts & comments on what was going on!

I'll stick with my prediction - Wednesday, after lunch - GUILTY verdict!! :D

I have a question. Why didn't SM just block Heather's number, that way he would have never heard from her? This was an evil game for her. They are so obviously guilty and Nancy Livesay is a rock star!
Do we know Heather didn’t block their numbers which is why in part they had to use the pay phone? She knew TM had SM’ phone so perhaps she blocked the numbers to prevent TM harassing her. I’m not sure if it would have shown on the phone records had they attempted to call her from their mobiles if she had blocked them?

The Jury doesn’t know anything about Disney from the trial or Tammy’s obsession with it. Linking this serious case to a fairy tale may not have been the best thing to do. She should have stuck with the facts IMHO.

Very astute observation.
