Sounds like an excuse to me too. Hailey was failed by both her parents during life and now death. I'd be damned if I let some Facebook hags keep me away from my daughter's memorial service. Clint doesn't even live with the 3 yr old. Put down the weed, and be a man

Who said that Clint wasn't going? I don't recall anyone ever saying a thing about Clint not going. They were talking about his other child and her mother and her family. We are not allowed to say disparaging things about Hailey's mother, so the same should go for Clint.

Frostess I don't think its as cut and dried as people think it is about Clint to be honest. Its ok to say he doesn't live with C but as I understand it he would love to but its not just about what he wants. He is meant to be taking all this really badly.

Kirby: Hailey looked like a happy child, I don't see where you get off saying they failed her. Hailey was not Naomi's daughter. Hopefully, all problems will be put aside tomorrow and all will find some form of closure.

In many ways I do agree with Kirby that Hailey was failed. Hailey may have smiled in photographs but sometimes people look happy when there not always. We saw on the Nancy Grace show from Haileys nanna that Haileys home life wasn't entirely happy.

There are a lot of photos of her smiling and those smiles don't look fake. She also wrote on her Facebook "I love my family", I think a few weeks before she went missing.

What show did Hailey's nanna mention this? I don't remember that.
Is anyones home life entirely happy?

Haileys nanna talked about it on the Nancy Grace Show. Also an aunt of Haileys said to Ok magazine I think it was that Hailey phoned her a few days before whatever happened saying she was scared to go home. I know there are other things also but as its only hearsay from people involved I am not posting it here but I would think that all that information would be documented for any court trial. As it stands we do not know who the perpetrators are for sure. At the moment no one has been charged. It is possible that a parent may be one of those charged. Do you have a link to where her parents are divorced? Because as far as I know they are not and the way Billie talks they are not either.

I assume he was given three because he failed the first two. EG is a friend of DO.

True, I meant seperated. The aunt said she did not say what that magazine reported, they changed her story. Why was DO & EG polyed in the first place. I will have to go back and check cause I thought there were 5. With two not being named.

And yet the aunt never asked them to retract the story which is pretty strange. Logically why would Ok make a story up or twist her words?

As for DO and EG theres a very good reason they was why both given a poly and that will come out at any trial.

Logically? For ratings! Some reporters have no scruples, they do change the story. Just read some of the stuff from statement analysis.

On Monday after work, according to Billie, she and Shawn stopped at the ATM and drained every last penny she had so she could go buy drugs from Grandma's house, for her and Shawn to use,that night. Shawn had just quit his job earlier that day. So those do not seem to be very loving actions for them to take in Hailey's home environment. :frown:

What was mentioned was two different withdrawals(nothing about every last penny) at the ATM to buy drugs. It never did say what kind of drugs. Marajuana? Prescription? Alcohol? At Grandma's? I don't remember any of that being mentioned.
From what I do remember she did not know he quit. He was just a loser boyfriend, IMO! She does look better now that she is away from him.

There is a lot of info that we aren't to discuss on here. No it wasn't prescription or alchohol. It says she withdrew the money for drugs then went to her moms. Her mom has just got out a few months ago now from a years sentence that involved drugs.

As for Shawn quitting his job earlier in the day I am 100% positive based on peoples own words that it will come out Billie knew he had quit as he had taken her to work that morning after he was meant to have been at work. As for being a loser boyfriend maybe he was but it was still a boyfriend she kept with even though he was suspected in being involved in her daughters murder. She was even convicted of lieing to protect him.

About statement analysis I am not Ph biggest fan but he has been right about a lot of things he has said but if Ok wanted big ratings they would have done another story than Haley Dunn so that doesn't add up.

At any trial there will be witnesses who will talk about Haileys home life etc. I imagine there will be a quite a few and I don't believe a lot of it will be positive. I never knew Hailey but for me the most haunting image is the one I have of her of the Christmas before she was killed. She sat there looking so miserable. At Christmas of all times.

It will also come out any trial about activites in the house. Activities that haven't even been discussed on here. Last year I think it was Gayle St John went to search for Hailey and she took a investigator called Gary with her. He said people will be shocked at how bad it all was when it all comes out. I think many would agree with him

I do know what you mean. Sleepover never planned, never happened. However, Billie did give us the impression that Hailey would have been allowed to go. When my kids were that age, sleepovers were not allowed unless I knew the parents and each and every occasion was verified with the parents.

The scary thing is that was only a small sample of what poor Hailey had to live with. People knock facebook but Haileys friends and family and Billie herself and Shawn have all posted although Shawn only rarely and from them all quite a lot of info has come out ;(
