IMO,that just makes me think they had an additional day to get rid of her poor body before anyone realized she was gone. But your right, that doesnt mean she was gone already.

christmas, cause of that photo. I was just reading through other news media and it strikes me weird that BD said " I saw her sleeping, I didnt touch her or anything". Why would you say that?

I'm sure I'll get scolded for saying this, but being a liar doesn't make you a killer. There is so much emphasis on those dang polys, it's ridiculous! So what they failed, do you know how a poly is administered? Do you know how's it read? Several serial killers have PASSED polys like its no big deal. Why rush to convict on gossip, and failed polys? And for the record, I don't know CD, BD, or SA from Adam. I'm not saying they're innocent or guilty of killing Hailey. They're guilty of many things, but until there is strong evidence, I'm not ready to pin her murder on anyone!

I agree with you on the poly, they do nothing to convince me of guilt or innocence. But what did catch my attention, is the fact both of them showed up under the influence of a drug. The poly was scheduled in advance, I don't buy the carp about not knowing they couldn't test while under the influence, or forgetting they took a pill before they showed up. It was an intentional act and I have to ask why?

The strong evidence you require will most likely not be brought forward until trial. So in the meantime, we're left with opinions and discussion. This case is very emotional for some of us, but I think we all have a single goal. Justice for Hailey.

showing up to the poly doped up did not surprise me. I didn't expect much different from them. I agree we all want the same, justice for Hailey. I for one, like to discuss the facts, as well as the opinions.

If Shawn took Billie to work Monday then the investigator lied that wrote the affidavits?

Really? the investigator could have gone with what Billie said after all you wouldn't expect the mother of a missing child to lie right? The other thing is the co worker could have originally said that she took Billie to work and then said she didn't. I have no idea.

Didn't Naomi have several kids of her own (pre Clint)? Where were they all living? It doesn't seem like she was very concerned about missing kids.

The video about when she said Hailey stopped by still bothers me. Tho I can easily believe she was too stoned to remember. Great parenting if true especially when she had just given birth.

I am confused. Because the father of two of Naomis children had custody of the children she wasn't concerned about missing kids? Not being funny here but she walked the streets with Clint trying to find Hailey. Travelled across Texas and Mexico with Clint and hung leaflets. She also went to awareness events to raise awareness for Hailey? Billie did none of that even though Hailey was her daughter and even though she was given a free van to go and search ( which she sold). As for Naomis other three children they live with her.

Yea, her comment was strange. I do the same thing with my girls, I open the door and check on them, but don't go over to them if they're sleeping. So, I can understand that. But to just make that comment out of blue, it's odd.

This is just my personal opinion. From the start Billie has tried to make herself look like she had an alibi by saying it happened whilst she was at work and that Hailey was there when she went to work. By saying what she did shes said that Hailey was there when she went to work so she cant be responsible but shes covered her self in case Hailey had been found quickly so she can say well she was there so I just assumed she was alive.

The timeline link states that a neighbor saw Hailey about noon in her backyard talking on the phone on Monday. I seem to recall this "neighbor sighting" back at the beginning of the investigation. Did they determine at some point that this was incorrect?

They deemed that as incorrect for a few reasons/ One, there were no phonecalls made by Hailey on the cell that day or any cell activity. So she could not have been talking on the phone at noon. [ except for that hinky lone text later that day.]

Also, that witness was a heroin addict that had been crashing at the neighbors house. So his timing may have been off a day or two. I do believe him when he says he used to see her outside talking on the phone sometimes. But I don't believe that she did so on Monday. But it does bring up the real question of WHY there was no phone activity if she was truly home alone all day on Monday.

Does anyone know a 13 uyr old girl who would sit home alone on vacation all day with a cell and NOT USE IT?

According to what has been shared with us so far, that was the only reported cell activity by Hailey for that day. One lone text to MB. And I find that hard to believe that a 13 yr old would not be texting other friends on a vacation day when she is home alone.

The investigator did not go with what BD said, the investigator verified it through records and interviews with witnesses. That is clearly stated in the affidavit. In other words it is corroborated.
