We have all been discussing how BD was caught lying to police, but IIRC wasn't LE trying to serve a warrant on SA for DNA? We are all zeroing in on BD lying, but why was she wanting LE not to have SA DNA? I have not kept up with ALL the details, but I think it had something to do with SA body parts, KWIM? WHY? I think this might be a HUGE part of this investigation, but not sure how to find that affidavit or search warrant. Those of you who keep up with this on a daily basis may know where to look and what I am talking about. It's been two years and my memory is not what it used to be!!

IMHO her remains were not dumped off the beaten path. If you look at the map link I have posted below you will see that all SA had to do was take BD to work on TUESDAY morning and then just go off of the main Hwy 350 and leave the remains there on his way to BS and his MOM's. Do I have proof? No! But it is certainly a possibility and not far from his beaten path IMHO. I guess that is what you are saying too ahintexas? When you look at the map, it sure hits home it was probably someone familiar with the area.

You raise a very good point and one I don't understand. Why would Billie try and obstruct LE from doing something that could help in her daughters disappearance? Most parents of missing children would do anything at all to help LE.

Thanks to all of you keeping this case in the forefront and sharing updated info.

Surprised me when I found out who was arrested. I don't understand why CD was driving around with a gun on the seat. He doesn't need more troubles, but he can't have a lax attitude knowing the laws there. I plain don't understand. Is he depressed, or scared of someone, or going after someone??? It seems a side issue, but maybe not.

Just want to see the people who caused Hailey's death put behind bars. This has been going on way too long. The initial lies and actions about her disappearing from her own home need to be addressed again. When is that going to happen?

Judging from actions after Hailey went missing, jealousy could play a factor. The dynamics in that house had to be awful. The 'look at me' attitude was out of control IMHO

I really do think LE has this case under control. I truly hope they are just getting all their ducks in a row before any arrests are made. I think we just need to be patient. In the meantime, maybe we can dig up some more dirt!!! :jail::jail:

I think where a lot of people are going wrong is that they assume that what was Claimed to have happened on the Monday afternoon actually happened when the truth is according to LE it cant be confirmed Hailey was alive on the Monday and so if the Monday afternoon timeline is scrapped then you are at Sunday night. Billie is very sensitive about the Sunday night for some reason and it is known that there was a problem in the house on the Sunday. That is not a rumor and LE are aware of that. The problem for Billie is that apart from once or twice Shawn has kept out of the public eye and gone to ground whereas Billie has been convicted of lieing, has lied about various other things and hasn't shown herself to be such a nice person in my opinion.

Please, answer me this, why would LE give a polygraph 3 times till the person passed it? I do not understand why the brother was given 3 chances to pass.

I sure hope you are right, tlcya, because I sure haven't been very impressed at all with how the media has reported local LE's handling of this entire case. I don't know if it was the media who was at fault for bad reporting or just an unprepared police force but my confidence level isn't real high as to what I''m expecting from them. I pray I'm wrong, wrong, wrong!!!

I think the media has been awful. There have been so many questions and if average people are digging into things in this case to find information then why cant they? They have been outright wrong about somethings and its like they just haven't cared.

I have a new hypothesis that I think might explain a lot. HD maybe arrived somewhere unexpectedly, and saw something that she shouldn't have seen. Consequently she became "a problem" to some bad people, so they took her. When BD found out she panicked and ran immediately to LE, then HD became "a problem that needs a solution", her fate was sealed and we arrive where we are today. In this scenario most (if not all) of the main characters would have a pretty good idea what happened, but are too afraid (for themselves and their families) to say anything or do anything. They are not afraid of each other, but there is some other dark force out there.

There has been verification from bj herself about the 'reading ' material in the house and we know there was I do believe that there is video and/or print material that shows what happened to Hailey. This could explain the warrant for sa at the time bj lied for him. I do not believe that Hailey was placed gently,after death, at that lake. What happened to her was brutal and barbaric. It was documented as part of the thrill and it was premeditated. IMHO

It may not explain anything to you but I do know its much more likelier than yours given some of the things I know about that Sunday. There was a problem in the house on the Sunday night and that can be confirmed by people not in the house and also phone evidence. I imagine that person will be asked about a stay she had in that house also which backs up something similar to what Hailey said.

You said it doesn't explain why the body was disposed like that? I would think it was done in a hurry after dropping Billie off that morning unless of course It was done in the middle of the night and maybe the person who did it wasn't thinking straight then. I only see two characters as being involved and I thi nk one is blackmailing the other.

Quite honestly I would be surprised if Shawn killed Hailey and that's all I am saying on that one due to the current rules here. About killing her after Billie fell asleep your assuming that some of the timeline is right. Its rumored that other people were at the house that night and yes I imagine drugs were involved. I think Hailey was killed early on that night. LE have said no there was no images of what happened to Hailey but Its a possibility they haven't been found of course. About what happened to Hailey after her death I don't like to think of that

The problem with your theory is that you are relying on gossip, when we know from the affidavit (corroborated) when SA was at work, and we know from the affidavit (corroborated) when BD left CC. He could not have taken her to work that day, there simply was not enough time to have done that. He took her to work the following day, and the people you are talking to are getting those events two mixed up.

Are you trying to say we should ignore corroborated evidence reported by LE themselves and instead rely on rumour and internet postings, which are likely the result of poor communication during a conversation?
