Haleigh dumped in black bag?

When it was said way back that Jr may have spoke of a "man in black", I always wondered if he'd seen a black bag. Then, after Nays letter came out about the black bag, well, I think it's entirely possible.

I expect to see a drastic improvement in Misty's mood and affect when she is finally sentenced and transferred to prison where she will have more freedom and the opportunity to participate in programs, associate with others, and work during the day. Misty has been locked up in a cell and socially isolated for 8 months now, prohibited from doing anything constructive with her mind and time, and this experience has turned her into a vegetable. It is highly probable Misty, like most people who go through a traumatic life experience, is suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as well as a Major Depressive episode due to the fact she will likely spend her entire life in prison. It's a wonder she hasn't cracked and I don't mean telling what she knows about HaLeigh. She is a tortured soul and most people in her position would have committed suicide by now. JMO

Can one of you 'splain the mechanics of it all to me? I mean if Misty is peeping from the covers, where was the supposed bag? and the person supposedly holding the bag? In the bedroom? Im confused.

I would assume the bag in question would most likely be a laundry bag. Like one you would buy at the dollar store or walmart. That is my assumption if this is true. Reason being, so many stories regarding laundry, the dirty clothe found in the dryer, GGMS coming over to bring laundry, Ron speeding by the bus stop to go to Welaka to pick up Haleigh's favorite shirt from GGM's house, and Misty's talk of dirty blankets and blanket left in the van.

If my memory serves me right...please correct me and point me to ref links since I don't have them handy. As for the picture of Joe it is here in the Haleigh forum somewhere. I saw one dated Feb 16 over the net, but it is said that Joe left the next day, I assume the 11th. But yes, I did see the picture of him hanging flyer's at some store. His ride was planning on leaving Feb 10th from what I recall reading, but when Haleigh came up missing they had to be questioned first, I think they took his rides car as well to check it out.

OMG...the military wives were being prescribed meds for deprssion? I hadn't seen depression meds give flat affect. Flat affect happens with midl to moderate depression but once on meds, the affect lifts. They must have been on anti-anxiety pills, they may flatten you out for a little while.

Misty'ss taking something, that's for sure. So is ron. These two would never turn down a drug that was offered to them for free. Ron would most likely be placed on mood stabilizers , amongst antidepressents and tranquilizers and misty would likely be placed on different kinds of med till they get it right. She has a though disorder (IMO) and would need stronger meds which may flatten her affect. They will change it up after they see what works for her.

Yes, during the years 01-04 a great many army wives were prescribed paxil like it was candy IMHO.

They were asked at the beginning of every appt if they had any anxiety, problems sleeping or sadness or depression. If you answered yes to any of the above they prescribed paxil for sure. They also over prescribed IMHO ambien.

For example: I had been a military wife for over a decade when the war broke out and I had to go to the doc for a minor illness, I was asked the same questions. I said yes to the anxiety and hard time sleeping. The doc handed me prescriptions for both paxil and ambien.

I told her there is no way I could take ambien because I had four kids at home at the time with a Husband that was on another continent. AND being anxious with a Husband in a combat zone, 4 kids all born within 5 years of each other, 2 dogs, 1 psycho cat (who is the one that needed kitty paxil) volunteer work for the families in my Husband's unit, etc...etc...being stressed was a NORMAL reaction IMHO and no thank you on the paxil.

Whisperer, you can google if you want and find there was a big bruhaha about how many wives were put on paxil and ambien. It was ridiculous IMHO.

I can't either!! What I do believe is that MISTY has mentioned a black bag coz SHE is the one used a black bag. As they say " In a lie there is almost always Truth in it!" The lies MISTY has told has a part in what happened to Haleigh. J.M.H.O. HERE are some of the lies I believe Misty has told and what part of the lie I think is truth.

I also believe that MISTY didn't answer Ron's calls because He would have asked her whats wrong. I'm sure MISTY was plenty upset and worried at that time about what to do coz she had Haleigh to take care of and plan and come up with a story as to what happened to Haleigh. Also I dont think Misty expected Tommy to show up at the M.H.remember, Ron called him to CHECK on Misty- I believe he did this coz he had already spokin to MISTY on the phone about having problems with Haleigh actiNg up. Tommy knows what happened coz when he went to the trailor he found MISTY all uset over what she had done n asked for his help. This is why Tommy at first lied n said he wasnt there but then changed his story. AGAIN.. THIS IS JUST M.H.O
and... Tommy n Misty had already planned to say Joe did it thats how they got some of their stories straight n said the same things. They both knew JOE was there soooooo thewy blame it on HIM.. 2 against 1 is what they thought would work. JUST M.H.O.

An adult was in this bag, it doesn't take a big bag to place a small child. Misty standing at the dock pointing leads me to believe Haleigh may have been thrown in a lake. We know they were dealing oxy's so that would have knocked Haleigh out for a few hours. (graphic story below)

I've seen a great many women on antidepressants that have a flat affect (Just from talking face to face with them, they were prescribed extensively during the first few deployments in OIF (Operation Iraqi Freedom) to a lot of military wives). Usually they have their meds reduced or changed to another. I don't know if MC is taking an antidepressant but could that be a side effect too?

When the choice is severe depression or what I call "the void" - the void can be a welcome relief. At some point hopefully they make the choice to start experiencing life again, good or bad, ups and downs included.

MC has always seemed 'off' to me - from the very first interview sitting next to her mom. Does anyone else remember - was Misty 'missing' from the media for about three days after Haleigh was taken? or am I remembering incorrectly?

This story just doesn't add up - Misty claimed her cell phone was left in the bedroom - she returned to the bedroom to get her phone after investigating the kitchen light being on - finding Haleigh missing - yet she didn't call 911 until Ron showed up???

If she grabbed Jr (from where?) to hide under the sheet - why not grab the phone and use it to call 911 - instead of listening to a 5 yr old baby being assaulted then watching her being placed in a black bag (when did Misty start seeing through sheets/blankets and/or walls?

These folks are not rocket scientists, how is it that Haleigh was brutally assaulted yet there is no word about any DNA being scattered over the home? or no arrests made over any DNA not belonging to the residents?

For gosh sake tears can be broken down to tell if they are from a male or female and even show if they are tears of sadness or happiness. This crew actually removed every trace of evidence, pointing at anyone? I find that hard to believe. Of course if trace evidence found, is only that of the residents and/or their close family members - it is hard for LE to point the finger at someone who belongs there.

Why is Ron cooperating to get a deal, yet didn't cooperate from day 1 to help LE find Haleigh? Is Tommy headed to the same prison as Ron? Is Ron now planning to get his revenge? He said from the first phone call, if he finds the perp before LE, he will kill them - the threat of prison means nothing to him - I'm guessing it means less now that he will have a long sentence to sit out on the drug charges...

you raise some interesting points, especially about Misty, but in her defense, I heard very early on that she did indeed try to call Ron, & she also said in one of her last jail recordings, that Ron had ignored her calls...but these claims do conflict other claims, so who knows...also, I heard in an early interview, that the 1st thing she said when Ron got home, was 'do you have Haleigh', or 'is Haleigh with you', or something like that. & if there is any truth to that, that may explain why she didn't call 911...she was waiting to see if Haleigh was with Ron? But now, that she & Tommy are telling these Joe tales, I don't know if we should disregard everything said before, or what. Too many ****** lies. But, & I'm not trying to be facetious here, I don't think Tommy or anybody else needs to worry about Ron's wrath. He admittedly knows enough to testify, so he obviously knows who to blame, & he never did a thing, except hang & sell drugs with these people. I look for Ron to go to the pen, & to keep doing what he's always done...look out for Ron.

I most certainly believe Haleigh may have been put in a black bag too, but no way did Misty put Haleigh's body in the bag... And no way did Misty dump Haleigh's body in any river either...She may very well have been disposing evidence from her parent's residence when she was seen walking with a black garbage bag in the vicinity of Shell Harbor but she did not strangle Haleigh or dispose of her body in any river.....Misty did not kil Haleigh..JMHOOTS..

IMHO.. She wasn't brutally assaulted and as far as any of the players removing every trace of evidence from Ron's MH, IMHO the incident didn't even occur at 202 Green Lane.. It happened at the Croslin's residence on Magnolia or in the vicinity of Shell Harbor near the Croslin's residence...JMHO
