1. You're right; Tommy will need to appear in court to give his testimony of events. So will his mother, father, sister, and his sister's husband's grandmother. Since every one of THESE people are consistent that Ronald entered into the vehicle and continued an assault, it should be fairly simple. Go them!
2. The assumption you make for either lying through his teeth or confessing he already lied in the claim that Misty called is deplorable logic.
3. You assume a false charge. The police arrested Ronald, stating cause. They believe he committed a felony act. He was charged with such, and he paid bail. They have still not arrested Tommy, or his parents. He will be facing a judge on these charges. That means the 3 Croslins, his wife, his granny, the two officers who were there for the arrest, and now I assume the SA who hasn't charged Tommy have all colluded to frame Ronald Cummings. Those are serious accusations indeed.
4. You are accusing someone of making a false report, tampering with an LE investigation, and cruelty to animals. I hope you have proof of that, because those are also serious charges.
Tommy doesn't have to be a saint. Tommy has the right to not be beaten, threatened, or maligned by strangers.
