Unless his little sister called him and said she was in trouble. I'd go get my sister too if she called in distress. And Misty does live there, so she can invite folks over - especially to pick her up or give her a ride outta Dodge.

I just cant envision the Croslins "mosy-in" over for an univited social call to Mother Sykes.

MOO

Misty has already stated that they were not invited. I am not sure what ya'll are so confused about.

IF Misty did call him saying that, and he was truly scared of Ron, I would have thought he'd call LE to rescue his sis. But that's jmo.

I can envision them doing that sadly, and do believe that's the most likely scenario, especially now that I know the Court granted Misty a restraining order against him.

I'm curious why you think the Croslins suddenly left town after hearing LE wanted to talk to them again? That has my hinky meter way up.

There was no arrest for trespassing. RC was arrested for assault/battery and burglary. Regarding Charges and will he ever get charged. If we go by all the past 12 arrests, I would say, he is unlikely to go to jail. For some reason the police just don't understand him.
ITA, as soon as Ron explains things to LE, they get over their brief lapse of memory and let him go. I'm sure Ron will explain things again when it comes to the Assault/burglary charges. :)

I wonder whose gun HC took? and for how long?

In fairness, to all players....it's only an allegation at the moment. But I would like to know what is being alleged.

I do understand what Misty stated; And imo she is no paragon of truth and virtue. She has been known to mis-tell the truth (TM Cindy Anthony)

This case makes my head spin.....Now TJ Hart is reporting not only did the Croslin parents, "move in a hurry" (he is regretting his use of "flee"), but apparently they moved to TN and not Mass!

:waitasec:

Yep...and he's also suggesting it had something to do with LE speaking with them or wanting to speak with them.

I'm not reading too much into it yet....I like to be fair to everyone in this case, and will give them and Tommy the benefit of the doubt at this point, the same way I do for Ron re allegations made against him.

Misty is a known liar.
I think it is likely that she called her family.
Ron's own mother said that they were arguing and the on the rocks (in the messages to TES). Misty may have also changed her mind about leaving with them which is not uncommon in dysfunctional marriages.

But Misty being the source of the info that they were not invited over is the source of the "confusion".

So did he surrender his guns pursuant to the judges order? Did LE run the serial numbers and find a hot one?

The TRUTH is coming down the pike....

In many months of following this case, this is the first day I've thought that might really be happening. I pray this all leads to the safe return of Haleigh. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I am ready for it BUT I realize I am not blood kin and this is so much more to them than it could ever be to me.

Wonder if Tommy, Lisa, or Hank phone records indicate any calls to JO in the week or so after Haleigh disappeared.

Actually Ron entered the passenger side of the van and continued to pound Hank Jr. beside the head. Ron entered private property, ie., the van. They were in the process of leaving when Ron ran out of the house, where his grandmother sent him and got into the passenger side of the van. Totally different story that being projected here.

Breaking your comments down one by one...

I don't think he "entered" the vehicle, but rather that he is alleged to have put his hand or hands inside the vehicle.

Ron did not enter private property. The van was on private property and they had been asked to remove themselves and their van from that property.

As for them being in the "process of leaving"...are you saying they were stuck in mud or without keys or something? I never heard the vehicle was moving and understood it was stationery.

If she wanted to be out of there I can see her calling her family. I dont think anyone relishes the thought of calling LE if there's another reasonable choice. If Misty wanted to leave she could have walked out and gotten in the van. I don't know what happened to change her mind.

The Croslins left suddently to go to MA? I can understand Chelsea and the one brother going b/c of her parents and the new baby etc, but the whole Croslin klan "up and" LEFT? Suddenly? That is odd.

ITA. And it seems lots of people are conveniently forgetting that the Court ordered Tommy to stay away from Misty (as per the PRO). It seems the Court believed Misty over Tommy on that point and I will go with the Court's findings on that point.

I'm sure someone in the Croslin family is related to someone in Joe's family. Is that an unusual occurrence which should spark our attention? Obviously there are close family ties between the families, given all the pictures they have with one another.

I have gazillions of cousins and I don't have half as many pictures as I've seen of Misty et al with their cousins and relatives.

Given that they're moving, seems like a good mid-point to stop on their way.

Yes phone records indicating they spoke with each other right after Haleigh went missing or 2/9 - 2/10 would certainly spark my attention. JO hightailed it out of there immediately and then lawyered up. So yep my attentioned is definitely sparked.

If the vehicle were stationery I dont see why all three would be just sitting there. The passengers generally want to safely get in and close the door before the driver takes off.

Regardless of the semantics of it, if someone were not entering my vehicle, but grabbing my head from outside, that would still be illegal and certainly impede my progress in departure.

I am happy they are keeping him locked down...maybe now he will tell what he knows about Misty and RC.

Now if they could get the others locked up for some reason, maybe separated, they will be able to get some truth from them.
