HOT DIGGITY...HALLELUJAH...CUMMINGS on their way down...JMO
What does Tommy getting thrown in jail for grand larceny have anything to do with Ronald going down?

Breaking your comments down one by one...
I don't think he "entered" the vehicle, but rather that he is alleged to have put his hand or hands inside the vehicle.
Ron did not enter private property. The van was on private property and they had been asked to remove themselves and their van from that property.
As for them being in the "process of leaving"...are you saying they were stuck in mud or without keys or something? I never heard the vehicle was moving and understood it was stationery.
Why would he?
I dont' know that he is a good guy at all. I dont know a lot about him and haven't seen him in interviews etc.The fact Hank Jr. didn't even try to defend himself speaks volumes to me. I'm curious why you think he is such a good guy?

Not sure. Why does anybody want/need a gun?
ITA. And it seems lots of people are conveniently forgetting that the Court ordered Tommy to stay away from Misty (as per the PRO). It seems the Court believed Misty over Tommy on that point and I will go with the Court's findings on that point.
If he had only put his hands inside the vehicle he would not have been arrested and charged with burglary, IMO.
They had got into the van, preparing to leave... not sure if the van had been started or not. I don't understand your question about being stuck in the mud or without keys. Whether it was started, already moving, or had not been put into gear, it doesn't matter. Ron got into the van from the passenger side and hit Tommy several times. What's so difficult to understand about that?
I'm not at all sure why you post the "carry on" comments when someone points out you are wrong on something.
If you think the PRO relates to some other incident, please let us know what you think it is.
The Court granted the PRO....no stretching needed.
ETA. re the "carry on"...this is not the army and I don't think it appropriate for posters to order other posters to do things.
To me that is fairly clever.
Say she was hit by her brother so any bruises she has from Ron are explained away. KUDOS.
Also Misty is a liar imo. So her "they were uninvited" doesn't mean beans to me really.
MOO
Did Tommy tell you that? Or is it just an opinion that you are posting as fact?
Many people plead no contest to charges....it doesn't necessarily mean they are innocent of those charges, in fact, it usually means quite the opposite.
I apologize. I was merely trying to possibly explain the reasons that the family stayed in the driveway. They wanted to give their family member ample time to leave if she wanted to. I worded it wrong, and for that I am sorry. But not for my post prior.
IMO they wanted to give their family member every possible second they could spare to get her in the car and get her out of there. If it was my daughter, I would have had to be taken away in handcuffs. Yes, to answer your questionSo....you believe they deliberately stayed there when asked to leave?
They were asked to leave the property...they were still on the property and I've seen no evidence they were trying to drive the van away. As I said, it's not like they had no keys or were stuck in mud....so why were they still there? When they saw Ron coming towards them, why didn't they just drive away? Sounds like some serious provocation on their part to me. I would be furious if people were asked to leave my property and rather than doing so, they sat in a parked car on my property. What additional "preparations" do you think they needed to make? Seems to me turning the key in the ignition and putting their foot on the gas was all they needed to do to leave...what's so difficult to understand about that?
IIRC........he said let her have it, he was moving anyway.........nothing about no contest.
