So now we have an ex relative of Ron's that works at this Artic Air place......lol, boy oh boy, this mess gets more convoluted by the day. Wonder if it's was him that was at the trailer..........and he was not there in connection with work...but they used that as an excuse? :waitasec:

There seem to be so many different videos out there from the LDT, hypnosis, and voice analysis stuff. I haven't heard the one that mentions Artic Air or Aunt Lisa yet.

This is the video where Misty mentions the name of the ac company and the Aunt Lisa.
She mentions the ac company at 10:10 and the aunt at 11:00.
This is before she is put "under" and the man giving the test is getting a history of the evening of 2/9/09.

DotsEyes, I was finally able to view that video via WFTV. I even got to view the parts that you mentioned. Then the dang thing totally crashed my computer. grrr. [OK, probably had nothing to do w/the video, just my usual malware b/s.]

Is there a link to a video of Misty saying that her brother molested her as a child? I watched a video where she just vaguely said he did something to her (paraphrased) but that could mean pretty much anything.

So there is a possibility that the AC guy knew Ronald or Haleigh? I say possibility because we don't know when his female cousin got divorced. Haleigh may not have been born yet, so this AC guy may not have know Haleigh. But he did know Ron was at work because he talked to Ron on Misty's cell phone.

here is my take on Misty casting suspicion on her brother...

if she really thought/believed her brother did take or hurt Haleigh, and if he really had abused Misty in the past and now she is telling these things....

wouldn't it have been her brother putting a dead rat in her mailbox?

but it wasn't, it was Ron & Misty doing that to him.... now why would they do that to him if they believed he had something to do with Haleigh's disappearance??

I think that her brother who was there that afternoon saw or knows something, something they were warning him not to "Rat" about. I think casting suspicion on him now is really a very (criminally) sophisticated move, because if they get the jump and cast him as a suspect, a child molester, a drug addict, a bad person.... then if he does come forward and tell police something he may know - maybe the police won't take it as seriously??

nope, Misty tries to act all sweet and innocent but I think at least in the realm of criminal thought she is very sophisticated. I don't buy the "I'm only 17" crap she dishes out - no way.

I don't either. I think the brother knows something for sure. I also think that the dead rat incident is MC and RC way of trying to silence Hank. In the "gangster" world a rat is a snitch and a dead rat would mean if you snitch you die, if you tell anything you die. A dead rat. jmo

Hank Croslin Jr. and his mother had much more to say about the injunction hearing after Misty and Ronald left the courthouse.

Judge ordered Croslin to stay at least 500 feet from Misty , make no contact with her and told him he can never own a gun.
The hearing lasted only a few minutes and Hank Croslin Jr. only made one statement to the judge in reference to the restraining order.
Interview with Hank Jr. from today, Hank Jr. will be back in court on Friday regarding charges against Ron.

I think so, and do you blame them? LE knows where they going, and they are not hiding where they are going. It's a better environment to raise their kids.

IMO based on records and statements there is some heavy duty drug use going on there - at least two members of Chelsea family that they are moving up around have records as well that arent pretty so I am not sure enviornment for the children is going to be any better at all. I hope they all get their act together and provide a safe enviornment for the little ones.

No I don't blame them. I was very simply asking someone to clarify if I heard correctly or not.


Personally, I can't imagine living in that small town and being remotely connected to this case in any fashion. It must be absolute h e double hockey sticks.

As they have not been named by LE or media I can not post their names or records. I can tell you to check out Chelseas maiden name and Flagler County Florida for court records and hopefully that will help. The records range from drugs, assault with deadly weapon, lots of RO between family members.

It could be a better environment for the children, I just have concerns about who these kids will be around, but I was concerned with Tommy and Lindsy childrens safety while they were here also. Moving does not make drug problems or domestic violence go away. JMO

I am not saying domestic violence or drugs are the reason for the move - I was responding to someone stating that the environment for the children would be much better in MA - I am saying moving to MA doesnt make the domestic violence or drugs in the home go away so these kids are still going to be exposed to the same environment.

IMO there is still something hinky about them all heading out of town and the way it was done. I do not believe fear of abduction or jobs is the reason at all JMO.

I don't know what kind of jobs they expect to get out on cape cod. The town they are moving too has like 15,000+ people in it. I doubt there is that much construction going on up there and with winter around the corner they won't be much in construction jobs at all. I really hope that for the sake of their children they can leave all this behind and do well in every way. Maybe Lindsey's family are able to hook them up with jobs; nowdays that is what it seems to take. Knowing someone. I'd love to move to MA if I had family there.
