Anyone else hear that he refused PD? Wonder if he wants to stay in jail? Maybe he feels safe there? He did look rather chummy with the one detective as he was taken back to jail on the video. Looks comfortable.

I found it very interesting that LE said they were trying to dispel rumors of a search. But did you notice the news lady said she knew the exact area, which was not to far from where they were........now my question is, where did the location come from.....if it's just a rumor, why that location? KWIM?

LE was searching for a pot grow with helicopters yesterday. This prompted a *search for Haleigh* rumor. per TJ Hart

If these rumors are true, things should start popping soon.

It's so nice to see everybody getting along and contributing info and ideas and seleuthing instead of all the negative stuff we've sometimes had. Love it, love it!!!

Me too! This case has been divided like none I've ever seen, but it's pretty obvious that we all just want Haleigh home and to have answers. We may all disagree on many issues in this case (and we all know there's a lotta lotta issues), but ultimately we are here for that sweet, little girl.

SATSUMA, Fla. -- Police questioned Thursday the brother of the last person to see missing Putnam County girl Haleigh Cummings.

Hank "Tommy" Croslin, 23, brother of Misty Cummings, was arrested on theft charges earlier this week and was later interviewed regarding the 6-year-old's disappearance.

PALATKA, Fla. -- Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy has confirmed the brother of the last person thought to see Haleigh Cummings alive and his wife have been brought in for questioning regarding the Haleigh case.
The Sheriff's office will not release any details surrounding the interview, only saying on Thursday night Hank Croslin Jr. was questioned in regards to Haleigh. While Action News was at the Criminal Investigation Division early Friday morning, Hanks wife Lindsy showed up to be questioned.
On the way inside, Lindsy told Action News she does not know what Hank Jr. may have said to Sheriff's Deputies. She says she got a call on Thursday that she had to come in Friday morning for questioning but did not know what it was for.
The Sheriff's Office says they have questioned Lindsy and Hank Jr. numerous times in relation to Haleigh's disappearance, and they will continue to do so. It says it will question anyone at any time who may know details about Haleigh.
The Putnam County Sheriff's Office also said reports that a search for Haleigh was conducted on Thursday night are simply not true.

KL- reread the wording of that article re: last person to see her alive. I had to read it about 5 times before it made sense.

Police said they interviewed three other people currently in the Putnam County jail and said they they will have three more people come to the jail for questioning today. Lt. Johnny Greenwood made these clarifications just moments ago:


"Two of the inmates were interviewed regarding unrelated cases not involving the Haleigh investigation. We interview inmates daily regarding various criminal cases. The statement that we interviewed three other inmates was provided to explain that interviewing inmates is routine.

Wondering that too. It's already 3:30 in FL, certainly, they've talked to more than just LC by now. I'm surprised the news hasn't reported who they saw coming and going.

Something has been entering my mind. What if, if if Tommy has made some kind of confession, or really something of important significance, indicating his involvement completely or partially, and they not only had Lindsay come to the Jail to ask questions, in order to tightly wrap up info from Tommy, but for her to have a "Like goodbye time with Tommy" before they charge him with this crime and it becomes public?

This thought keeps coming in my mind. Surely if they now have evidence, confession that Tommy did something to Haleigh, they wouldn't just let this young mother hear it on the news or telephone and be possibly alone in the home with the kids. I would think they would have her in person in order to help and monitor her physically til support arrived and she had sometime to calm.

So could the other two people be Hank and Lisa Croslin, the parents? They could have went to Lindsay and asked questions. But I guess they also may have wanted it in an interview room where it can be recorded. Dunno, just thinking.....
