No I am not basing my theories on information from Misty at all.

Posters took exception to my post stating RC's records, I notice; yet, the person I was responding to was basing her accusation on Hank's records. Some people have even accused him of being a child molester.

Once again, there is nothing in Hank's record to support such a theory.
There is also nothing in JO's either to support such a thing

This tells me that you are basing your accusations of these two on Misty Croslin Cummings.....poor choice to hang your theory on....IMO.

I suspect you are right and M. possibly left to baby- sit or party.
She didn't have a KEY to the MH so I suspect she put the concrete block against the door to get in later. Possibly giving the kids 'something' to make them sleep.
Ronald calls Hank Jr to look for Misty... Hank Jr goes to the MH... Goes in the door that is unlocked. Finds the kids asleep and Misty gone...
What vehicle did he drive to check on M.?
What vehicle did M. drive when going out that night? or how did she leave, IF she did?
Who drove the scratched Van that night?

Why would she not have a key to the place she lived and took care of the kids?

Misty had no vehicle and no one's come forward to say they drove her some place.

I would say Joe drove the van that night, but we don't know where he went in it except he had to be in a area with a lot of brush since there were some branches in the headlight.

She was supposed to babysit one of the brother's kids or so said TJ. Tommy was there earlier and today we find out he was there later so I doubt he needed a babysitter.

I am horrible at maps and could never figure it out - but I remember posters talking about someone could see Haleighs home from it. In a bit I will go look for post and see if it gives a location and maybe you can figure it out on a map.

Does anyone remember where that make shift chair was found? Was the woods between where Ron lived and where Tommy lived?

I believe he sold the truck right after Haleigh went missing, but LE was able to track it down and took it in for processing. Which makes me wonder if something found in the truck prompted LE to pick Tommy up and set such a high bond.

I think I'm confused with all these people. If Ron raises suspicion against Misty by telling that the bed wasn't slept in and no detergent was in the home, then why would he put a dead rat in anyone's mailbox? I think the van with the scratch has something to do with it all and that they all suspect each other and are covering for each other, but one or two aren't quite sure what really happened.

I feel that way to. When Ron said that I almost fell off my chair. What the bed wasn't slept in, there was no detergent. I couldn't believe my ears. And I totally agree about that van. It was not parked in the same spot that night, had a scratch and that guy Joe, he had slept in his clothes that night. Well maybe the noose is tightening and something has to give.

Hopefully soon we will know where Haleigh is.

Wonder if it was Timmys kids - IIRC it was their anniversary - Lindsy agrees to watch them JO offers to drop the kids off at Lindsy - Timmy and Chelsea head out for anniversary celebration. Tommy and JO hang out?

My guess is that Misty gave both Jr and Haleigh a drug to make them sleep through her outing, and it wound up being fatal to Haleigh. I think she staged the scene to cast suspicion on Cousin Joe, using the concrete block and van to point to him.

This just made me think of something, maybe if Jr. was sleepy or drugged, the "bouncing couch" was a seat in the van driving over rough road and bouncing.

Why the high bond? Its weird. If everyone in my mothers neighborhood who was found with a stolen gun and held on that high bond there would be no one on the streets at night...

Only thing I can think of is they wanted to keep Tommy here so the high bond since they knew he was planning on leaving town.

I have put Marie on the back burner - if LE comes out with some information that points that direction I will bring it back to top burner. I think Tommy is involved but do not think he acted alone. Which makes me extremely sad because that probably means Haleigh is no longer with us.

She failed the poly because she knows more than she is saying.. My guess is that she knows Hank did it. I bet Ronald passed the lie detector test before he figured out what happened. Wonder if he could pass it now?
The entire family unity is falling apart because of the stress of the secrets they are keeping. They each have something to lose, if one rats out the other..it will start a domino effect of ratting each other out for other crimes they have committed or something they don't want exposed. They have each other over a barrel so to speak, so they have to maintain the lie of what happened to Haleigh to protect themselves from one another... it's an all or none situation. If one goes down, they are dragging the other two with.

IMO...this info that tommy was at the MH is not new to LE. They have known this all along and just need to know where she was, thus asking for anyone to speak up....no one is talking. Maybe she was with RC...

The only source we have that RC passed a poly is RC. He also told us that Misty passed hers. Ron lies.....imo, and likely many other opinions.

Im gonna watch NG now. I cannot believe that Neives is still backing Misty. Even Mistys mom says shes holding back something, The whole family is totally nuts, and if it wasn't for a child missing it would be laughable.
