:woohoo:corroborates Mistys statement now doesn't it. Sooo, we have an eyewitness' statement to the effect the lights were out, no sounds, everything quiet and dark. Just like Misty sketched it out from the beginning. Thank you Hank, for getting caught telling the truth.

Now, Hank, what happened next? I want to stress in no way do I think Hank is trying to support or cover for Misty. He was just telling the truth at that point when he arrived. Now that's going to cause him another problem, that he didn't think about when he decided to give u p this much infomation. Liars can't think it all through, or know how it will come out thoroughly til it's out there.

Why is Hank a liar about this if you think he told the truth that he was there and there were no lights?

Actually that's incorrect, LE said RC picked her up.

Art Harris said Santos ( who had a run in with Ron) and his girlfriend and an anonymous person said Misty picked her up, but that there are other witnesses that said Ron picked her up, he just hasn't spoken to them iirc.

TJ Hart just said the other day that LE said Ron picked her up.

I was just catching up reading and saw this.

I would like to say that LE has never come out and stated that RC picked Haleigh up from the bus stop, IMO. Do you have a link for this statement, please?

That's what been said from the start. Tommy and Lindsy's family were frequent visitors. In fact, Misty told that he hung out with her the very day.

Then I walked out of the house and I called Ronald and I said “well, the A/C guy is here” and he said “yeh”, and I gave the phone to Ronald to talk to the A/C guy and my brother was there and we just watched the kids play in the yard and Haleigh was doing great, riding her bike trying to pop wheelies and me and my brother, we just sat over there and watched the kids play.

The bus stop has nothing to do with Tommy (Hank Jr.), imo. This is about what he said or did at the mh after he talked to Ronald the night Haleigh went missing.

I do not completely trust TJ, AH, or any one certain media report. So I do not take what TJ has stated as gospel. I do not take what AH states as gospel either, and he has relayed information that other parents saw Misty pick Haleigh up, IIRC.

At this point we do not know for certain who picked Haleigh up. JMO.

Just wondering why you referred to him as a liar when you said you think he told the truth. It seemed contradictory.

Well, it's a moot point anyway since if this is the first time he told LE about it he's either lying now or he was lying for many months.
