Maybe JM is "keeping his enemies closer"? :waitasec:

that seems to be the party line down in putnam county, doesnt it? imo, i dont think there is a relationship of trust in the whole bunch of them. im not surprised that lisa and hank sr. were there. of everyone involved, i believe those two know nothing about what happened to Haleigh. out of all of them, imo, hank sr. has shown the most true concern for Haleigh, and i think if he knew the truth he would tell, even if it implicated his children. jmo, imo, mho and all that jazz :)

I noticed John Merchant and the Cummings clan were seated on the same side and near each other...

I don't like this one bit. It bothers me and always has that this family seems to be cozy with Merchant. They call him by his first name and he is the one appearing to relay ALL the information available to them.

JM also left the courtroom behind Ron and before his lawyer...something just doesn't feel right about him...

:offtopic:

Regarding the Haleigh Tattoo on ron: it is in a place where he would never see it..think about it. He have to bend into a pretzel to get a look at it.

The other Haleigh is on his back. He have to get a mirror to see it and it would not be readable. If he wanted a remimder, neither of these place will work.

He doesn't have a problem at all seeing Teresa's name though!!!! Just had to say it...........

Strange, I still haven't seen any interviews with Hank Sr. and Lisa following Ron's hearing. :waitasec:

I saw them get up and try to leave the courtroom but security stopped them. They will never let you leave prior to the accused leaving first. I didn't notice anything else but I wasn't looking for it. I will have to go back and review the video....interesting though, isn't it?

My observation of Lisa and Hank Croslin being in the court room:

IMO They were there to see what Ronald was going to do.
They very were quiet and made no effort to speak to the Cummings.
A friend of mine gave them a gift card to a restaurant and Lisa sincerely thanked this person. They didn't have an attitude but looked very sad and down.

I hope they pass on the word to their daughter that Ronald is "throwing her under the bus to save his own skin".

I know the Croslin's aren't parents of the year but I did feel "sad" for them.
ITA. I hope their appearance, in court, was to deliver a message to Ron. I have no doubt that they know who the ringleader is here. While they know their children are not perfect, there are others that need to share the blame. They know Ron and what he is capable of. He was legally responsible for Haleigh, and whether his crime is cover up or involvement in Haleigh's murder, he should pay dearly. Ronald had the duty to protect Haleigh, he failed her in every way possible. I am thrilled that Hank and Lisa were there in court.

Wow, oh wow! That's an extremely thoughtful and generous gesture. I was blown away reading that. What a kind thing to do.

ITA Nanny2five!

I honestly feel the same. The emotion he sometimes showed in the jailhouse videos was real, IMO.

I'm glad Hank and Lisa were there, I certainly don't blame them for showing up. Proof enough for them that Ron is all about Ron and doesn't care about Misty when it comes to the bottom line. Right about now I suspect the entire Croslin family has confirmation that both Tommy and Misty are about to be sold down the river by Ron Cummings on "anything and everything" true or not.

I'm not sure if I think this is a good thing or not. Will it lead Tommy and Misty to invent more stories regarding Haleigh or will they finally tell the truth. For some reason if the truth involves either of them then all LE will get is more convoluted tall tales. If they are not involved, right now is the time to come clean about who is involved and who did what to Haleigh and where she really is. Mr. Fields has to stop excusing Misty by saying she has told everything and he must somehow make the hard headed little bugger realize that the truth is the only thing that is going to change the miserable life that lays ahead of her. Otherwise, Ron Cummings is going to insure it becomes even more miserable.
BBM.

I agree. I believe that one of the reasons they were there was to show Ron and his clan that they are not going to be bullied, that they are going to be a presence in their lives. Despite their own unpopularity, they came out and attended this hearing. I think that takes guts!

Did you notice how quickly Hank (and even Lisa) moved towards Ron and made sure that he saw them?

I believe Ron knows that THEY know. The truth. About HaLeigh. (And all about where he fits into the scheme of things on February 9th and 10th, 2009).

Once again, we can count on Teresa and Annette to speak out and show how truly cold, cunning, and unbelievably foolish they both are. For Annette to be mostly worried about Ron, to continue to insist that Haleigh is alive and how happy it will make Ron when she is found, really chaps my hide. What A Crock! :croc: Teresa and her sweet-act, while she truly just shows how truly calculating she thinks that she is, dropping the John-bomb. Bet he appreciates that!

Annette sure looked uncomfortable when the question was asked regarding Misty and LYING. Her lame answer about Misty is probably lying, or some such thing...She HOPES Misty keeps on lyin'!

THESE ARE ALL MY OPINIONS, AND MY OPINIONS, ONLY.

Yep, Ron made the statement just after getting incarcerated that LE would not be releasing recordings of his visits and phone calls. Maybe the only time we have heard the truth from his lips, don't you know????????
Well to that I will echo Papa:

WTH ???!!!...I mean, WTF !!!???

(Sorry to misquote you, Papa).
