Has any doubt crept in to your 100% guilty belief?

One thing that has haunted me for awhile now, has been the timing of finding Caylee's remains. I always thought it a bit odd, though probably a coincidence, that CA & GA were in LA doing the LK show at the time the body was found. I don't know why, but my hinky meter went up and I always wondered if that was "planned." Just a vibe I got.

One other thing was when ICA said to CA "What do you mean you don't know what my involvement was?" Something about the way she said that haunts me to this day.

I know that something happened to Caylee, and "someone else" may have been involved in helping her cover it up.

I will never understand though, her sitting in jail for three years if the whole thing was an accident.

I feel that ICA's family had covered up and covered over her lies for years, and I think either GA or LA was involved in doing that same thing with Caylee's body. Just a hunch, no proof whatsoever.

I still feel she is guilty, but someone else helped her. WHO??

Doesn't LE get some of the blame here, for basically disregarding Kronk and not searching that area in depth before the tropical storm hit? If they find her in August, perhaps they have more forensic evidence to go by.

Not once ounce of doubt in my mind. I have never, once doubted her guilt. Never for even a second.

The defense drilled into the juror's head that you cannot convict if you have a tiny bit of doubt, that was WRONG - these people had no concept of reasonable doubt and didn't get that clarified before rendering their verdict.

They did the opposite of what they were supposed to. They went with their own personal judgements and feelings rather than the evidence presented to them.

No doubt whatsoever. And still gobsmacked that 12 people found her not guilty. I thought there might at worst be a hung jury but NEVER thought a unanimous not guilty verdict was a possibility.

And that daft alternate saying he didn't believe the body was in the trunk? Cannot wrap my mind around that at all. How could any sentient being completely disregard Dr. Vass's findings?

I have no doubt whatsoever that Casey Anthony, the same cold hearted creature we learned of in the first jailhouse phone call, the same cold hearted creature that never told anyone anything had happened to Caylee, the same cold hearted creature that sat there in trial and played pretend when it was convenient murdered Caylee in cold blood and without remorse, and then went to her boyfriends and slept with him less than half a day later, and then proceeded to lie, cheat and steal to cover her tracks and partied her a$$ off...

No, there are zero doubts in my arena. I was privileged to know just a little more than this jury was, and had more to base my conclusions upon. They should allow everything that is true, real and can be evidenced in court. It would not have gone this way if the jurors knew what I know. It couldn't.

I live in a world where a mother can kill her child on purpose, and then become rich and famous. I believe she is 100% guilty. I am not going to buy any books, or go to her movie. I don't want to see her pic here anymore. Her face makes me sick because that is the face Caylee saw while her Mother was killing her.

At work yesterday, about 8 of us sat around the conference table watching the verdict being read. We had all followed the case to differening degrees, but all had come to the opinion that Casey was guilty of AT LEAST manslaughter, if not premeditated first degree murder. When the verdict came out, all you heard was a gasp and then silence until it was over. Then the disbelief set it. After watching the trial we were all sure she would be held accountable for her daughter's death. Now our fear is that she will procreate and do this again.

I believe it was proven beyond a 'reasonable' doubt to be 1st degree murder ... the Jury indicted the whole family as liars and from that construed (wrongly) that it was therefore an accident with cover-up.

They looked no further than that since they thought it was beyond 'any' doubt ... rush to judgement, rush to go home.

She is guilty, I have no doubt.

She is pretty, young and white so she doesn't fit the preconceived perception of a criminal. The media feeding frenzy gave her a legal team she could not otherwise afford.

And first and foremost once it became clear she wasn't going to lie her way out of it, she shut up and stayed quiet for two years. Didn't even speak to her family. Nothing, not a peep. That worked in her favor. She went silent and let the feeding frenzy and the complete confusion about the facts take center stage.

That JB will be viewed as a brilliant attorney by the uninformed kills me.

I think that most of them 'know' that she is guilty and have seen that in her ... through her temper and tantrums ... thus the competency hearing.

Like OJ, everyone basically 'knows' whether they can admit it or choose to play devil's advocate.

She is adjudged 'Not Guilty' not 'Innocent' -- even the A's made a pre-verdict statement that she was NOT 'innocent'.

If there are exclusive interviews will she build on the latest lie, Casey_4.0 or decline to comment on the specific details of the 'accident' and 31 days?

I have no one shred of doubt about the guilt of ICA. If anything, my beliefs are intensified by this travesty of lack of justice for Caylee. Some are saying that ICA will get "hers' someday. Maybe that's true if she is to be judged in another world beyond this one. But I do not think the Crafty One will have consequences for a long time.
She will just be more careful to not get caught...and if Cindy and the rest of the Family from H*ll that she came from will not be her enablers, then she'll find new ones.
That's what sociopaths do: find new victims to support their ways.
I cry for the unfairness of it all and the fear that at least in the short run, she will not have to suffer..
Oh, and how many more lives will she ruin?

I was 100% sure Casey was guilty of premeditated murder the day I found this site and read the excellent 31 day calendar.

But, a speck of doubt has entered my mind now, anyone else?

My doubt has come from:

1) Something fishy about GA & LA

2) I don't ascribe to "All Defense Teams are Devils" theories. That affection by the defense team displayed to Casey after the verdict. It was genuine. They honesty believe she didn't murder Caylee. It's like they all know the real truth.

I am now about 80% sure, and it's bugging the heck out of me.

1. There are few absolutes in life. We are human, and prone to mistakes. Beyond a reasonable doubt does not mean cast in stone, but it certainly does mean beyond unreasonable doubts, i.e., GA participated in a coevr up after finding Caylee in the pool...

2. No one ever said ICA wasn't a likable person, I'm sure Hitler had his moments too, it is reported that he was good to his dogs and Eva, but I'm also sure ICA killed Caylee with premeditation. Showing affection during a celebration in no way proves ICA not guilty of murder.

Casey comes home. Cindy shows the video and hit explodes about granpa's chck. Look at Granpa he is frail how could you do that! You hear that song caylee is singing? I am taking your sunshine away! They fight. casey says she'll turn dad in for sex abuse *it was something big
Cindy chokes Casey Lee breaks it up. Cindy says get out now. Casey picks Caylee up and Cindy "GRABS Caylee from her arms and Casey and Caylee fall she tells her she is a horrible mother She is a that's not true about your dad...She is going to teach her a lesson she's going to CPS in the morning andf filiing for custody'. She dares casey to speak a word of her lies anyone. Casey leaves in a rage (the last time I saw my daughter was JUNE 15TH.)Caylee sustains a head injury during that altercation (I think) by the time George gets home Cindy is beside herself Caylee is SCREAMING . Cindy tells George what happened. They get Caylee settled down. Cindy tells George that she is going to go CPS for "custody" George admits that they wil know what he did swears he will never do it again. Cindy goes to bed. George KNOWS he will get arrested forever if Cindy follows through Caylee "dies" while Cindy is asleep she thinks from a head injury (or has help) Cindy and George decide what to do they can't call the ME. Cindy should have known about abuse because she is an RN! Her not turning him is a criminal act on her part.(household weapons computer search was to kill him if he touched Caylee)
George hides or takes Caylee and leaves. Becuase Casey is coming to get some stuff. Cindy goes to work and acts like NOTHING happend.

Casey returns after seeing Cindy leave for work txts her phone to find it under the seat and goes inside. George and Caylee are not home. Casey"hangs out" returns txts etc... before leaving Casey tries to get a hold of GA or CA to check on Caylee, gets no answer calls her frind pissed but Caylee is with someone she "trusts" so she leaves to go to a "neutral" place thinks mom and dad aren't answering because Cindy kicked her "out" .
casey has marathon sex without caylee there and decides Cindy can keep her for now,
GA barrows her car at some point transfers Caylee in the trunk. few days later she calls dad the car stinks . he says yeah he ran over a squirrel. SHE DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE ABOUT CAYLEE'S DEATH!!! George says come over I'll clean it he asks about Caylee she says with the nanny MOM knows! ask her.she;s been there awile tells her about the cans being stolen he called the police she will be arested the hell she will! and she bolts he doesn't know she is about to ditch it. cindy and george have to get casey in jail before she finds out about caylee they know she will turn him in and they want no oine to believe her!Cindy & George go on like everything is normal
She is having fun. BUT car stinks and she leaves it a with a note that she is coming back.the next time she checks it's gone .Around July 3rd they hear about the car ands she left it somewhere. They have got to find that car!!! and start hunting Casey down. Casey knows it was towed george wants her arrested over gas cans so she avoids them cause she will get in trouble. letter form the tow yard shows up which just so happens to be to be 31 days.
THE CERTIFIED LETTER ARRIVES
George and CA go get the car, They know the car will implicate them in Caylee's death..They bring it home and put it in the garage out of site,(worried Simon Birch has notified authoritis) GA takes the battery out so no one can drive it.And they BOLT! just in case CA and GA go back to work.like any other "normal" day. CA calls Lee I found the car today where is Casey? Lee is told go home and clean car Casey had something nasty back there.(lucky lee he does not know it is decomp from Caylee) They just threw Lee under the bus and ran!!!! so Lee gets caught with the death car at the house if the police show up!
CA decides to leave work and find Casey they have to get her arrested!

They do not call Casey at all once the car is in their possesion.
NOT a single one of them at ANY time call Casey and ask if Caylee is OK!!! The only call made is to get Lee to be the fall guy until Cindy can locate Casey.
Cindy tells casey they can't find Caylee the friend took her somewhere Cindy is investigating herself she tells Casey it's fine she will protect her,
The kidnapped story is born: as a cover just in case Cindy has casey suggest a "mexican name" tells her to make up a story and She will find out where her friend took Caylee.
I found my daughter's car today.
On the 911 call Casey says she talked to Caylee the 15th
Caylee talked about her shoes and her book from the the 15th of june!!!
I bet Caylee called from Mt.Dora.

CINDY was the last person to have Caylee.
cindy calls 911 again about her$ NEVER CAYLEE.
she had no intention on telling them aboutthe smell but it slipped she didn't want the car cannected.

ARRESTED! SO THAT WHEN SHE DID FIND OUT CAYLEE WAS DEAD NO ONE WOULD BELIEVE HER ABUSE ALLEGATIONS

Cindy and george KNEW they were going to come out when she found out Caylee was dead.
But they were getting so many donations, they didn't mind leaving her there.
Casey in jail? or Caylee in the woods both!!!

After that verdict I just hope that there are no copycats getting ready to dump their children, seeing how easy it was to get away with....

As I think I've said before, I am 100% convinced that KC and only KC is responsible for Caylee's death. I am not at all sure about premeditation nor the chloroform. I can easily however picture KC giving Caylee a drink with a knockout pill in it and adding the tape in case she awoke in the trunk before KC retrieved her. She may have not taped Caylee's nose or at least not deliberately.The trouble is that KC being KC became all enthralled with TL and forgot completely about her poor child in the trunk. After a mercifully short time, I would think it didn't matter anymore to Caylee.

That is FELONY MURDER...and I care not a whit about her dodging the DP but I do care that she has been given a pardon by a pack of nitwits, who couldn't even give due diligence to their deliberation. They are a total disgrace and I for one will not listen to one word of any of their excuses for being derelict in their responsibilities. And I will boycott, for my own personal satisfaction, any network that dares to pay these miscreants one dime. There is nothing that can be said by these people that will right the terrible wrong that they committed.
