Burke's was the resident tea drinker, so at some point it looks like he had some tea. All quite unremarkable e.g. Mom an kids return from a party, sit down to chill out, whilst enjoying their favorite treats, nothing sinister there, so much so, no evidence was removed!

The Ramsey's didn't count on them finding that pineapple in her intestines, and pinpointing her time of death... or they would have cleaned that table off.

She DID say that. But, that was just another ploy of hers to blame someone other than herself. That spoon was an average size spoon....there is a picture, I don't know if it is on acandyrose's site or not, but I saw it on a board...I think it was FFJ, and the poster that posted it stated that "as you can see by the picture"...the spoon is actually the size of the teabag. If you just look at the bowl with the spoon, the spoon does look large, but when compared to the teabag...its the same size.

Right, and you can tell by looking at the bowl, that there is some sort of cream or milk in it. When showed the picture, she said that it looked like CEREAL. Why would she have said that, if there had of not been milk or cream in the bowl?

If she gave JonBenet some pineapple, who cares, what does this have to do with the price of tea in China and who killed her daughter?

The first time I saw the picture, I thought it was a bowl of cereal also. I don't know whether she saw a better quality photo though.

I don't know the case, but more importantly, how is that no one absolutely no one woke up while this pedofile was feeding her pineapple and she of course was as quiet as a mouse. I think that is a very poor parallel. This pineapple feeding occured IN THE HOUSE, not after she was abducted, but in the house with the ENTIRE FAMILY right there asleep.

"How can we get into the mind of pedophile murderers" is a total red herring, no offense. The police and the FBI do this every day, its called profiling and its based on DECADES of case histories and the study of human behavior and psychology. Yes there are always exceptions.

But, I mean come on. WHY would the child agree to come downstairs with a stranger in the middle of the night? Why feed her before brutaly garrotting her? How did the Ramsey's fingerprints get on the bowl and glass if they didn't use them?

When the only explanation for innocense relies on EVERYTHING being the exception to the rule then the suspect isn't innocent.
