Has Any Ramsey Defender Ever Given an Explanation for the Pineapple?

Yeah, I'm not "convinced" that Patsy Ramsey is guilty...there is enough unexplained evidence that could point to an intruder and this is one of the FEW cases where the police really did damage the crime scene beyond repair. I am much surer that say, Joran van der Sloot, is responsible for Natalee Holloway's disappearance....

But, there is assuredly a lot more evidence that supports Patsy Ramsey as the guilty party than there is of a mystery intruder who defies every probability for how a kidnapper/home invader/sex criminal behaves.

Medea,

there is enough unexplained evidence that could point to an intruder
There is zero forensic evidence linking any intruder with the death of JonBenet but much more linking the parents!

Medea,

Bingo! Starting with the unbroken spider web on the window sill that wasn't freshly woven, to the lack of footprints in the snow, to the footprint of Burke's Hi-Tec boot that can be accounted for. vs. John's fibers in JB's panties and Patsy's fibers in the duct tape and garrote.

Yes and no. Again, I think Pasty killed JonBenet, I'm all about the Thomas bed wetting theory.

But, I have to start with any intruder theory analysis by admitting that yes, it is possible to go into a house, rob it, attack someone, etc. and not leave any DNA.

This is primarily why I at this time discount the mystery DNA because I find it very unlikely that the perp is totally meticulous in leaving no trace evidence during his many hours of writing notes, choosing clothes and eating pineapple, and ends up leaving DNA on the most incriminating area....however, it IS possible. The mystery DNA is in a very incriminating spot and so far has not been explained. I cant' fully explain DNA on a dead child's panties who was sexually assaulted especially since the panties are different than the ones she was put to bed in and don't fit her...that is pretty weird.

Of course the fact that Patsy is dead and while alive was a total liar and John Ramsey not much better means that the truth of when JonBenet last wore those leggings will never be known...so any innocent explanation of where and when male DNA got on the leggings is never going to be known so its impossible to know if innocent transfer is possible, probable, impossible or anywhere in between.

Exactly!

Look at post number 12, by WHY NUT at FFJ. This is the back of the Ramsey home...see how close their bedroom was to the basement window and grate?

http://www.forumsforjustice.org/forums/showthread.php?t=9263

Didn't realize their room was that close to the grate.

Plus.....

for an intruder who has spent SO many hours in their home by now.... he can't find a door leading out? He's headed down to the basement to spend time with his kidnap victim?

And does he squeeze out the tiny window like John made clear was possible or are we to believe he goes back upstairs yet again to leave the RN on the circular staircase and finally use a freakin' door?

Medea,
Steve Thomas' Toilet Rage theory is just that , a book filler one that does not give away the police main line of thought, Thomas had a legal duty not to reveal any unknown case evidence or theories etc.

But, I have to start with any intruder theory analysis by admitting that yes, it is possible to go into a house, rob it, attack someone, etc. and not leave any DNA.
So the intruder leaves no dna, just the person he came to kidnap duh!

so any innocent explanation of where and when male DNA got on the leggings is never going to be known so its impossible to know if innocent transfer is possible, probable, impossible or anywhere in between.
This new dna should be referred to as foreign dna, since it is not JonBenet's or her parents etc. But we all carry foreign dna jsut as we have fibers attached to our clothing reflecting the environments we have passed through recently.

Discovery of foreign dna means nothing unless it is semen or blood etc. Its just spin from the DA, something for the Lounge Lizard to make an appearance on some talk show, leer and pocket a nice fee, whilst claiming to still be hunting for an intruder, mmm, where is Lou Smit these days?

LinasK,
Perry Mason would have the Ramseys found guilty of staging a crime-scene and killing their daughter, what do they say: open and shut case?

Boulder's a long way from Perry Mason!

The fiber evidence is the most damning to me. There is no innocent explanation for how those fibers got there- particularly John's in JB's panties, which were brand new out of the package and hadn't been laundered. Then you have both John and Patsy contaminating the body by carrying it and throwing herself on top of it!

Well I thought all the protesting was BECAUSE LE targeted John & Patsy??

Wudge, I'm curious.... are you perfectly comfortable with ALL the suspects that have been excluded? If not, which ones do you think are still potential suspects?

Who has been eliminated and on what basis?

Who has been eliminated and on what basis?

A few off the top of my head...

Bill McReynolds (Santa) & his wife

Fleet White

ALL the suspects Patsy & John said the police should look at

The list is quite long as to who they tested & eliminated.... I'm asking if there's a suspect you think SHOULDN'T have be eliminated.

not to mention, why would an intruder bother to put the grate back, esp. after JB screamed??? He wouldn't.Just as he wouldn't bother to pull her lj's back up,either.
This whole thing is just plain silly.

I asked you a direct question. I want YOUR opinion.

I get the feeling the answer must be NO, there is nobody who was eliminated that you feel should NOT have been eliminated.

I think that we are supposed to believe that the intruder used the suitcase to hoist himself back out the window. He would have had to remove that grate again, though. Fleet White said that HE was the one that placed that suitcase against the wall, he had moved it looking for glass from the broken window.
