where are you getting she was not developed with her speech? in the videos, she sounds fine to me. like the, "papa, are you tired, papa?" seems age appropriate.

If she sounded fine to you there isn't much to say, other than I disagree.

I agree with you in the underlined above though....that is the only group of words I understood.

I know (whoever committed the murder and dumped the body and all the items there). It is heartbreaking.
I'm curious - if you don't mind. You've read everything that we all have read - if YOU were OCSO who would you be "heavily investigating" - other than KC?

When did ca practice actual nursing duties? Do you happen to know where?
All i have heard so far is that she works at Gentiva as an office manager(?).
so, all she really does is paperwork and possibly the paperwork for ins. claims?
jmo :cow:

Maybe she handled in home care and directed on call people to their assignments....just guessing. We don't know anything about her work history. We sure know George's. Be nice to know hers.

I don't know if she ever worked in skilled nursing, but if she did, I think she would be a good nurse.

Whisperer,
What makes you think that CA would've been a good nurse? Just curious? My sister is a nurse and is the polar opposite of CA.

Did you hear her sing her little song? She was as clear as a bell. Perhaps the reason you haven't understood her is because of the quality of the audio making her sound garbled. I believe this is confusing some people. When she speaks to her grandfather, she is quite understandable.

Sadly, you are right. It is horror after horror. :( (Still...glad ya didn't call YM even if I have now forgotten why you were going to?!)

You were also right about her shirt being light blue on the video.

hmm, i believe i was convinced (by other posters that they were right) and Caylee was in some apt. complex.
That shread of hope just got my old adrenaline going.
I'm glad i didn't call for 2 reasons.
1--i didn't know it was so late in Florida
and
2-- didn't want to be the crazy lady. (i'm already goofy enough. :) )

Did ya happen to see if her white shorts have stripes on them?

Ya know, so many of us wimmins would have welcomed Caylee in to our homes and families with open hearts and great big grins. <sigh>
:cow: imo

Really, do you have a link regarding any subsequent searches. I only heard of the one search and now the documents of the search of his car (where the leaves and so on were found, I need to find a thread to discuss that, about the hat and the leaves), and LE discussed the photo of Caylee he'd taken on his phone, there was a visual examination of his phone, but I don't remember if they actually searched his phone records or anything. I know RM provided computer records, don't recall TL's computer being searched. Never heard of cadaver dogs taken to any of the locations where KC had had Caylee at all or any of the friends or roommates' vehicles, as far as I've heard, cadaver dogs were only used at the Anthony's home and vehicles, and in the search near where the body was finally found.... Of course anyone who could get hold of Caylee could get hold of other items along with her which might have originated in the A home, items which might be with her or in KC's car, or even directly from the Anthony home if the perpetrator was ever there or if they actually took Caylee from there. But it will be interesting if KC's fingerprints are on the sticky side of both ends of the tape. Depending on the length of the tape, if the piece of tape is longer than the circumference of the roll of tape and her prints are on the sticky side of both ends, that might be very incriminating. Obviously if the tape was originally from the A home, it could have all their prints on one end and the outside of a certain length of it, but not usually beyond that.

At the time CA picked up KC it was my understanding she was told that Caylee was at the sitter. She did demand to see her, finally resulting in the call to the police. IIRC
I didn't say they took cadaver dogs to TL apartment. As far as a link I don't have one. I heard Nate, TL's roomate say it on NG quite awhile ago. I'm sure LE searched wherever and whomever they felt needed to be searched. They didn't search LA's house and I do thing they should have but I for one am not going to tell LE where and when and how to do their job. I'm just a mother/grandmother and am thankful my daughter is not a murderer. As always this is just my opinion from the information I have seen so far. If I'm wrong I will be the first to say I was wrong.
As far as I remember CA had already picked up KC's car from the impound lot and knew it stunk of death.

Please don't bash people who have a different view than you and are waiting for the trial to see the totality of the evidence. You may like to go on a gestalt you derive from what's been released so far, that's certainly your business, but no, I don't have to view the same "gestalt". I'm waiting for the trial before I form any conclusions. Some sort of twisted balance? Ordinarily when a child goes missing, everyone who was in contact with the child is closely investigated, the associates of the mother are always closely investigated. That's very routine. It's not sick or twisted. What a curious thing to say.

No I am not a defense attorney or that way inclined. Hints of defense bashing there, too.

I sure hope the truth will be discovered so justice can be done for Caylee.

And that was done a loooong time ago. I see nothing that points to another person besides Casey being responsible here. IMO, the closest we'll get to someone else being responsible is if the defense decides to throw someone under the bus to save Casey's butt.

I LOVE your sig: Neurotics build castles in the sky..psychotics live in them..and Cindy Anthony cleans them.

Right now KC but, if they didn't investigate anyone else they can be accused of trying to pin the case on her without any other investigations. That plays into the defenses hands. :cow:

Bingo! We have not seen anything about the "sticky" side of that tape. The fact that it had to be cut out of the hair also allows for the "ends" of the tape to not be disturbed - that is where the fingerprints will be - the ends - unless it was cut by something, but then that will be found as well.

We have many more reports - actual evaluations, findings, etc - that were not released with this dump. Most of this dump is evidence paperwork back and forth from OCSO to the FBI and vice versa. Although it introduced quite a bit of new information - we are still missing the "evaluation or findings" on a lot of that evidence.

That above, plus the forensic artists recreation of Caylee's little head complete with duct tape and sticker will be quite shocking and very damning evidence pointing at KC - and very conclusive if her fingerprints are there!!!

Unfortunately (or fortunately for forensics), I think that the opportunity is there for finger and palm prints to be on the middle of the tape if it was applied pre-mortem. She would have smooshed her hand down on it for maximum coverage and tightness. :furious:

No, not in my opinion because the last person who said they saw Caylee, other than Casey was George. So if it weren't Casey, then by George's statements it was him.

Something else that has puzzled me, how is it that the interior and exterior of the trunk lid, when dusted for fingerprints, found no identifiable prints, when we know - on the record, BY GA'S OWN WORDS that he opened the trunk on July 15th when he retrieved the car from the tow yard. O/T but this is one of the reasons that I have felt strongly from the get-go that the A's knew ALOT more ALONG time ago...........MOO

I agree. In the very early stages of this, the associates were being interviewed left and right...unless the poster was referring to work associates, because if that is the case..uh, there were none.

yes. that is what that precious baby Caylee said to her poppa. :(

She looked so secure in his arms, like if only she could stay there she'd feel comforted and happy.
That last picture of them haunts me. has from the beginning.
