Heather has a tattoo of three roses with a black stem on the outside of her left ankle.
Heather was last seen at home at 8:30 pm on May 26, 1997. She is believed to have attended a party in Rantoul, Illinois that night. She has never been heard from again. Heather left all of her belongings at home and never collected her last paycheck.
Another young woman, Jamie Harper, also disappeared from a party in Rantoul, Illinois in 2007. There are similarities between the two cases, including the same person of interest. The cases have not been linked, however, and both girls remain missing.
