Anyone with children would definitely be a moron to move into that house. Even if the Ramsey's are guilty, some nut could try something. Also, if God didn't strike down Jonbenet's murderer, why would he strike a poster who says something negative about the positive hour of power guy? Schuller is no more special to God than a wino on the street, and probably less due to his not really preaching the gospel of Jesus but his own ideas and raking in the money.

The more Charismatic Christianity gets attached to this case the better.

People may be more willing to look at the role Patsy's personal beliefs had to do with the crime if the subject of religion is brought up more often.

So, where was God when JB needed her?

A: Everywhere, everpresent, all knowing, all powerful, WATCHING.

"You and your family are under constant sc[r]utiny as well as the authorities."

The Eye of God is what that line in the note refers to. Patsy feared Divine Judgement.

About 10 years ago, a child was hit at the end of our block by a reckless driver. Made all the papers, a tragic case. Even today, its unbelieveable that people will cross that street, sometimes with cars around. Don't they know there could be an angry reckless driver out there just waiting to speed up and hit them?

Are these "angry reckless drivers" driving by and throwing bondage Barbies out on your street? That might give them a clue...

The "power of Crystal Cathedral"???
Yeah...LOL! I'll bet that's just as powerful as Jim Baker's PTL Club before he got caught dicking Jessica Hahn, and almost as powerful as Jimmy Swagert's ministry before he got caught in a motel with a hooker....hahaha.
Oh, and let's not forget Oral Roberts, who God told to lock himself in a tower and not come out until his TV congregation donated 4 million bucks. Now there's REAL Christian power!!!

But at least now it's quite obvious to me why you believe the Ramseys are innocent, Maikai....the Easter Bunny probably told you so.

Shylock.......you can't really compare Robert Schuller with Jim Baker or Oral Robert's OR Jimmy Swagert. . He's not anything like them. They are trying to sell GOD to make $$$$$$$$$$$$$ . Problem is God is not for sale, He's free....and Schuller know's that. Schuller is a very normal, honest and straight forward guy. Honestly!
Robert Schuller has a ministry........called the Crystal Cathedral.
I have one here in my house, with no name other than my address. If you're
hungry I'll feed you, if you're tired you can rest here, If you're cold I will find a blanket. By God's grace, not mine, I am blessed to be able to share what I have.

May God Bless you Shylock,
I mean that.

Oh pleeeeeeeze... I've seen Schuller on TV telling you where to send in your cash just like all the others. Ever see the house he lives in? If you think Schuller is Mr. Modest-the poor little servant of God, you really have the wool pulled over your eyes.

I'm a big mouth who forget's who take's care of me. I have to remind myself everyday that I don't run the world.

Oh Lord, let me be modest.. I never have been. I always' try to be the best........it just doesn't work all the time
I alway's........ all my life said to myself........Listen
Listen to people who you would never ever consider intelligent.. I'm listening to you.....
Give Jesus Christ you ear. He was quite a guy! He was happy, he was angry.
He loved and he despised. Just like human feelings. He can help you understand your anger........your joys...............just give him a try.....

Almost all of the stories attributed to the Nazarene were also told of the Persian god Mithras, and they were told hundreds of years before the birth of the Galilean. Can you 'splain this Mama?

Nazarene? You're getting ahead of yourself BrotherMoon, Nazareth didn't exist until the 5th century A.D.

Back to the topic at hand.............In the house the basement room where JBR was "found" has been sealed...........for some reason I find this quite creepy! I think if I were to live in a house where I knew a murder was committed having the room sealed would make it even more obvious as everytime I passed that "wall" Id know what was behind it(so to speak) whereas if I made it into a bigger room(by knocking down a wall) furnishing it as 'positively' as I could itd be easier to live with..............any thoughts?

Sealing the wall....or opening it, doesn't really make much difference---superstition is a mindset. If you believe something it becomes realty. Logically, there's no reason to attribute anything creepy to house, even if a murder did take place there----and a notorious one at that. The family that bought the house has a different way of looking at things because of their faith--they might make changes in the basement---it probably isn't good to keep the room sealed off, because of the mold alone. Mold is a hot topic these days (warranted or not).

NAZARETH (Naz'a reth) [Branch-town]. a city in Lower Galilee where Jesus lived most of earthly life, along with his half brothers and half sisters.

NAZARENE (Naz a rene') [Greek text of Westcott and Hort uses the words Na zo rai'os, and Na za renos'; probably from Hebrew ne'tser, meaning sprout, shoot or branch, hence, figuratively offspring]. A descriptive epithet applied to Jesus (by himself and others) and later to his followers. - Aid to Bible understanding

Luke 1:26 In her sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent forth from God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth, 27 to a virgin promised in marriage to a man named Joseph of David's house; and the name of the virgin was Mary. - New World Translation

You were saying?

I dont think the house is creepy but the thought of a sealed off room is.
I also think it draws even more attention the room is all which is why I think whoever resides there would be better served to just "embrace" the room and make the best of it (I don't think JBR was actually murdered in the 'wine cellar' anyway.........I think it happened upstairs)

I think the sealing-off of the room speaks to the fact that what was on the floor was not "mold." If it was truly living mold which grew quickly, then the owners of the house must realize that they have created a situation in which toxic mold is growing unchecked and so quickly it can expand noticeably in just a few hours inside a room, creating a health hazard of truly dangerous proportions. With the room being sealed against cleaning efforts for at least a year, the "mold" must at least 12 inches deep by now.

(Shhhhhh...do not tell the Ramsey defenders we know that it was just saponification or concrete dust, that it does not grow quickly, and that inspectors would have allowed the room to be sealed off in such a case because there is no real damage being done by concrete dust.)

I hope you wear rubber-soled shoes during a lightening storm---I wouldn't want to call someone a moron that has the power of the Crystal Cathedral behind them. Her statement was "whatever happened in that house"....I don't think she has any ideas on that.
I have far more faith in the power of God than that of any cathederal. But I still must ask what you meant by "the power of the Crystal Cathedral". Are you suggesting that they have supernatural powers of their own or that God will smite anyone who dares to defame them in some slanderous way? I thought that was an interesting comment. Just curious thats all.

(quote) So, where was God when JB needed her?....twilight (quote)Same place he has always been - in the minds of weak men...shylock....... Ya know, I should probably leave this one alone but I just cant resist. On the one hand you have a person making a comment from the angle of a person who has been very disappointed in the whole concept of God and on the other you have someone who is very happy to accomidate that disappointment. But lets entertain the idea of weak minded men who have God in their minds, like most if not all of our fore fathers whom many of made the ultimate sacrifice so the people like you would have the opputunity to come to a place like this and slander anyone or anything you like. Most of the current technology you enjoy in you home and life was invented by "weakminded men". In fact if not having God in your mind makes you strong minded, why are there no strong minded men doing anything constructive in our society today? I have never met a person who makes a comment like that, who is liked by very many people. But in the interest of fair play I would like to hear what you have to say about that. You see the interesting thing about it is that when you make a far reaching comment like that, you insult and anger a multitude of people all at once. Sort of like a shock jock. And most of the time that is exactly the intention. And oddly enough, these folks are usually fairly bright people. Except that they lack a certain frame of common sense.

What I meant was, they have God on their side.....thus the reason they're not afraid to live in the house. They're not afraid of evil.
