Caleta Sade White has been missing since August 22nd 2006. Missing from Auburn Washington. She was 18 at the time. This case continues to haunt me. She was a dear friend of my daughter and spent 9/11 with our family as our children were getting ready to go to school. She later moved to Auburn with her mom. Caleta was an African American female 5,1" 83 lbs. Hair brown/light dyed reddish blond. Ear and nose piercing.
Caleta left her mothers house in Auburn WA and told her mother she was going to see her boyfriend in Tukwila. She was wearing a yellow Adidas Jacket blue jeans, yellow boots and earrings. She took metro bus number 12. She was seen on the bus by her best friends boyfriend. It is not known if she made it to her destination. It is believed that she met with foul play.
She was close with her family and had an appt upcoming. No contact had been made since that day. Caleta lived on her phone. No phone was used after that day.
Caleta had met her boyfriend, (who gave conflicting stories as to her wear abouts and later moved out of the state.) approximately 5 months earlier. She had never really had a boyfriend before. He was a little bit older, they became boyfriend and girlfriend. She was smitten.
