Hi, I am a newbie and I've been reading posts where people have said they have read the 400 page document. I would LOVE to read it too, but I don't know how or where to find it. Could anyone please help me find it or provide a link to it for me?

Patty G's awesome, I have no idea how she keeps up with all of this, but she sure has saved me lots of time, by doing it all.

I've been reading more of the 400 page doc this morning-whew!
