I can't believe the way people are picking apart this little baby. She is very cute and looks more like Katie than Tom, I think. Her eyes are Katie's. As for the hair, many of the babies in my family are born with lots of hair. My neice has a mass of strawberry blond hair with blond highlights. The idea that Suri is wearing a wig is ridiculous.

My friend's daughter had enough long dark hair, past her shoulders, to curl and pull back like a 3-year-old's at like 9 months. It looked funny but was cute, too. Katie may have had a lot of hair as a baby and that's where Suri gets it. Suri is beautiful. I'm not as worried about her looks as I am what kind of life she'll have with that dolt as a father.

Cypros, I agree with you, but so many peoples lives revolved around this baby and conspiracy theories and they just cannot let it go now. *Sigh* She is absolutely be-u-ti-ful! I can see in some photos where she really looks like Katie and I also see one where she resembles Tom. Her looks will change as she grows older.


As far as the hair, my sister had more hair than that when she was born. She got her first haircut around 6 months of age. Me, I did not need one until I was 2 I think. I do not see a difference in the hair color on top and the hair around the edge other than it being a difference with lighting and the amount of hair. Where my hair is thicker it looks darker, I have a few areas around my face that are a lot like Katie's, it's shorter and it looks lighter because there is not as much of it there. That's hard to explain, but look at photos of Katie and you will see what I mean. Anyway...as far as the age, when my nephew went in for his 6 month checkup there was another baby there also for his 6 month checkup. The other Mom looked at my nephew and thought was was about 9 months old. He looked older than her 6 month old. Some babies just look older.

If they have any Native in them the eyes will be a good place to see it. American Indians have epicanthic eye folds because we are [size=-1]Mongoloid. Mongolia is Asian so yeah, that's where that comes from.

My daughters were all born with Mongolian birthmarks and the doctors didn't know American Indians had those as well and marked down other/black as my daughters ethnic background. At least one mongolian spot is on 90% of every American Indian and Blacks and 80% of Asians and Hispanics vs only 10% of fair skinned babies. In Native Americans they are called saddle bags because they usually show up on the hips or buttocks. One of my daughters had a huge one covering both buttocks and wrapped around her leg. They go away as they get older but look weird, they are blue looking.

Could be possible that Katie has some Native American Indian heritage given her dark hair, high cheekbones, and olive skin.

I saw the pics on LKL last night and I think Suri is beautiful and is a combination of both of her parents.

All babies are cute, even the not so cute ones.. I think she looks like both parents.. She does have a full head of dark hair but both parents have dark hair.. Some babies are born with lots of hair

As far as her wearing a wig----ridiculous! First of all, ever since she was born, the only thing I have heard about her is her hair and how she had a ton of it.

Second of all, my son was born with that much hair. No joke. He had long, thick, dark, almost jet black hair. My DH & I are both white. My other boys were born with the normal amount of hair.

I had to be put on meds during my pregnancy with him due to preterm labor. My OB told me DURING my pregnancy that it was common for babies whose mothers took this medication to be born with thick, full heads of hair--much more than what would be considered the standard. And he was right. I could actually braid pieces of his hair---not that I wanted his hair braided, it was just funny that he had so much hair. On the top of his head, it was easily 2 inches long.

I've never heard the link regarding the preterm meds and the hair before my OB told it to me, and I don't think I've heard it again, but in my case it proved very true.

Suri is really really beautiful to me..Her eyes....what a dollface!

I have seen hair like that on infants and sometimes it disappears within a few months, sometimes not. In my brother's case, it turned blonde, from black! Suri is a darling baby, and I think the rumors about her "wig," "birthmark," etc. are silly, notwithstanding her nutjob Dad and brainwashed (imo) mom. Luckily she's too young to know all that now (but I fear for the influence Scientology will have on her in the future). As for the idea that she is actually Asian, well, my daughter had almond-shaped eyes during infancy that almost looked Asian (especially if her coloring had been different) and she is half Ukrainain and half a mixture of Irish, German, Norweigian, English and Welsh. At 16, her eyes still have a charming upwards tilt. You can certainly tell she is not of Asian descent, however. I think people are overanalyzing Suri's appearance, but I can see why -- her wacky celeb parents place her in this spotlight, intentionally or not. I feel for celeb kids. What a weird life.

Aww the first thing I saw when I looked at Suri was Tom Cruise's mini-me!! I have read on alot of other boards about her looking Korean and her looking like she is adopted and her wearing a hair piece. Sheeeesh! To me she looks just like her daddy all my kids had that same head of hair now my husband is hispanic but that is exactly the kind of hair my kids had & it was no hair piece yall!! I wonder if all this talk about her baby is hurting Katie? I know it would hurt me. Rich or not people have feelings and when its their little innocent baby being talked about ....thats got to hurt!!

I think someone posted that the baby looks like John Travolta, well when my son was born and maybe about 4-6 months old I had 2 people at different places stop me and say he looked like John Travolta, lol....Now I dont know what that will mean when my son gets older but he is a cute with that dark hair and blue eyes.
