I'm not seeing/hearing it either. My best guess is that the attorneys and judge are discussing things that they don't want the jury to hear.

(I was a juror on a L O N G trial once, and this happened a lot.)

The detectives examined the vehicle on Wednesday. SC cleaned it with bleach on Thursday, IIRC. The detective that testified (didn't catch his name, was it Gannon?) testified that the Wednesday search was a visual inspection; they didn't use any chemicals or special equipment.

"It looked like he had not cleaned it in a long time."

No, but the thing is, the police had that hair from Feb 12 and they failed to process it!!! Major fail! Still, if I were in Apo's position, I would not have mentioned that there was a hair.

Most def major fail. Apo must have a method to his seeming madness to have brought up the hair. I don't like him but also don't think he's dumb.
