Circumstances of Disappearance
John LUCAS was last seen on 12-28-2001 leaving his Kaneohe residence in his vehicle. Later that same evening, LUCAS was involved in a Motor Vehicle Collision on the Pali Highway near Kamehameha Highway, but fled the area on foot prior to Police arrival. Witnesses reported seeing LUCAS jumped into the brush along the Pali Highway. LUCAS has not been or heard from since.
